Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and provide support for Manhattan solutions, including other applications that facilitate warehouse operations.

• Drive process and productivity improvements based on analysis of existing operations and system capabilities.
• Ensure alignment of customer and business process enhancement requests with the core system scope, including service restoration of warehouse critical applications.

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience, preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM), preferred
• Strong supply chain experience with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics
• Deep understanding in configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting of Manhattan solutions
• Ability to research and recommend custom designs to resolve client issues
• Experience in interface mapping with downstream and upstream systems
• Health insurance background and/or health systems experience would be instrumental to this role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret business customer needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Ability to excel working in a team environment and adapt to rapidly changing business needs and shifting priorities
• Ability to understand and document complex business processes and workflows utilizing tools such Microsoft Visio
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
