In this position you will be responsible for understanding the warehouse application landscape and capabilities, as well as troubleshooting, and supporting the Manhattan Warehouse Management System Solutions. You will maintain relationships with the business and leverage requirements for engineering practices and methods to enable improved business processes to drive business success. You will align business strategies and capability needs into business and technical requirements to ensure IT warehouse systems enable the desired value. Support will include, but is not limited to, support for monitoring, compliance and security requests, incident management, defect resolution, small enhancements, change requests, interface support, 3rd party liaison.

Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, troubleshoot and support Manhattan WMS solutions including Labor Management and SCI Reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and provide support for Manhattan solutions, including other applications that facilitate warehouse operations.
  • Work in an agile environment, including requirements definition and functional specification.
  • Drive process and productivity improvements based on analysis of existing operations and system capabilities.
  • Ensure alignment of customer and business process enhancement requests with the core system scope, including service restoration of warehouse critical applications.
Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience, preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent working experience, preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM), preferred
  • Strong supply chain experience with functional knowledge of Distribution and 3PL Logistics.
  • Deep understanding in configurations, implementations, and troubleshooting of Manhattan solutions.
  • Ability to research and recommend custom designs to resolve client issues.
  • Experience in interface mapping with downstream and upstream systems.
  • Health insurance background and/or health systems experience would be instrumental to this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret business customer needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Ability to excel working in a team environment and adapt to rapidly changing business needs and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to understand and document complex business processes and workflows utilizing tools such Microsoft Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
