Job Description
+ Assist customers with questions and recommendations
+ Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
+ Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
+ Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
+ Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
+ Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders
+ Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable
+ Other duties as assigned*
**Skills and Experience:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
+ Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
+ Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required
+ Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
+ Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required
+ Strong organizational and communication skills are required
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required

Job Title: Craig Customer Service / Freight Agent
Job Summary:
Customer service agents are responsible transference of mail/freight to and from aircraft to Craig office and delivered to the outlying area. Assisting with the loading and unloading of aircraft. Maintaining freight equipment. Keeping work areas clean/organized. Other tasks as needed or requested.
APPLICANTS MUST CLEAR A PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Help launch aircraft
Assist in loading and unloading aircraft
Acceptance of freight and proper storage
Ability to identify and properly handle hazardous material
Assure aircraft are secured when docked
Keep freight room, docks, mail van and building areas clean
Sorting, tracking and delivery of packages to the local area
Customer service representatives for Taquan Air in Craig
Assist pilots in docking / turning out aircraft
Maintain daily communication with Ketchikan dispatchers
Keep grounds and facilities in a clean and professional condition
Report all hazards or safety concerns to a supervisor as soon as possible
Duties are not limited to the ones above, effort on the employees part to recognize things needing to be done and accomplishing them is also the employees responsibility.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
No criminal convictions
Minimum 21 years old
