+ Supports customer to submit and process origination and disbursement transactions or creates and submits on behalf of customer.
+ Assists customer with award origination and disbursement processing and identifying and resolving processing issues.
+ Supports inbound calling, outbound calling, email, web chat and outreach to customer to assist in resolving batch edits and errors, missing documents and signature pages, fixing data.
+ Provides monitoring support and outreach for batch processing issues and errors, edit code rejects, issue follow up and resolution as requested.

+ Provides support to Customer to research and confirm COD processing status of data such as promissory notes, batch status, entrance counseling, exit counseling, borrower, grant recipient, borrower-servicer information, etc.

**Job Summary:**
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service, always extending courtesy and professionalism. The CSR handles inbound customer service inquiries and problems via the telephone and email while effectively recording communications accurately and consistently. Calls are predominantly "routine", but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures. The anticipated pay range for this role is as follows:$20.00 Hourly
The representative provides a positive customer service experience that meets the needs of our patients by educating them on products and services, listening to concerns, addressing issues, and placing supply orders in a high-volume inbound call center.
Responsibilities:
+ Answer high-volume inbound customer calls via an automated phone system
+ Make outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales as needed
+ Utilize resources to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues
+ Use full product knowledge of at least two Byram therapies to service patients
+ Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and sales team
+ Consistently meet and attain required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
+ Perform other duties as required
Education & Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required
+ 1-2 years of customer service experience required
+ Call center experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple platforms
+ Ability to learn Byram products and therapies
+ Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve patient concerns

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies.
- Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems.
- Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.
- Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics.
- Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download.
- Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines.
- Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed.
- Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
- Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-6 months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, including a background check
- Must have a HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Must live in Oklahoma area (No more than 1 hour away or no more than 40 miles away from the site)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Call Center service experience preferred
Home Office Requirements:
- Reliable, high-speed internet service
- Minimum 40 Mbps download speeds
- Must be a traditional, wired high-speed connection such as cable or fiber

**_Job Summary_**
The Representative II, Customer Service Operations processes orders for distribution centers and other internal customers in accordance to scheduling, demand planning and inventory. The Representative II administers orders in internal systems and responds to customer questions, clearly communicating delays, issues and resolutions. This job also processes non-routine orders, such as product samples, and ensures that special requirements are included in an order.
**_Responsibilities_**
+ Processes routine customer orders according to established demand plans, schedules and lead times using SAP and other internal systems. Enters all necessary order information, reviews order contents, and ensures that orders are closed once completed.
+ Responds to inquiries from internal customers, such as Distribution Centers, regarding order tracking information as well as on-hold, back order and high priority statuses.
+ Identifies and communicates resolutions to order delays, missing information, and product availability based on customer profiles.
+ Uses dashboards and reporting from internal systems to identify causes of order issues, such as lack of inventory or invalid measures or requirements in the order. Creates visuals and conducts analyses as necessary to understand and communicate order data and issues.
+ Coordinates with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Planners and externally-facing Customer Service Representatives, regarding customer issues.
+ For international shipping and in cases of special order requirements, coordinates with Quality and Global Trade teams in order to ensure compliance of orders.
+ Processes orders for product samples and trials, coordinating with Marketing teams as necessary to understand the purpose and requirements of the samples.

The Department of Labor (DOL) National Contact Center (NCC) directly supports all DOL's strategic goals by providing American public customers across the nation with timely, accurate and understandable information for a wide range of Departmental programs and services. To accomplish this, the DOL-NCC interacts with customers through the communication vehicle of their choice including telephones, self-service on the web, texting, email, U.S. mail and chat. **What will I get to do?**

During the handling of these inquiries, you will use a cloud-based telephony system and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool for research and informational purposes. A successful candidate will be able to work independently as well as part of a larger team which supports one another throughout the day.
