  • Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal campaign performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing integrated strategies.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, social media marketing platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • A strong understanding of B2C and/or B2B marketing principles.
