What are we looking for:
Marie Nicole Clothing seeks a E-Commerce Specialist to support our company’s product, creative, and marketing team. You will oversee the daily management, production and optimization of our online store, as well as other channels including email, and wholesale. This role combines strategic thinking and an understanding of web analytics, with hands-on execution, to ensure the optimal presentation of products, offers, brand, marketing and overall customer experience. Essential skills for this role include expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, email platforms such as Klaviyo, web analytics, digital marketing, copywriting, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact on a small team, with opportunities for professional development within ecommerce and digital marketing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute daily website content updates, including promotional messaging, banners, product merchandising and brand content.
- Merchandise new products, ensuring imagery, copy, and tags are on-brand and accurate.
- Maintain website taxonomy and navigation structure, in order to optimize product visibility
- Ensure that homepage and category banners, collections, and featured content are maintained and current in accordance with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in creating and formatting landing pages for seasonal collections and product stories.
- Light production of visual assets, including resizing and light editing to maximize contextual impact
- Monitor and report on website traffic, sales data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure that website content and metadata follows SEO best practices
- Maintain positive relationships with platform partners to resolve issues and maximize partnerships through feedback and consistent communication.
- Stay on top of upcoming projects and provide feedback/updates through weekly creative meetings and touchpoints.
- Partner with our Customer Service Team to make sure the brand voice is consistent.
- Assist in Email marketing production by designing and building email campaigns using Klaviyo templates and drag-and-drop tools.
- Assist with building and updating automated email flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.).
- Track and report basic metrics like open rates and click-throughs for emails.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 1–2 years experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or content production.
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo (or similar platforms).
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva for basic design tasks.
- A strong visual eye and attention to detail; interested in how branding comes to life online.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.

We at Grundfos USA are looking for a Senior e-Commerce Marketing Specialist to join our Domestic Building Services (DBS) Americas Marketing team.
As a Senior e-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will audit, implement, and improve Grundfos' online presence and customer journey across the e-commerce channel through collaboration with internal/external colleagues and partners.
You will report to the Head of Marketing, DBS-Americas and work on a hybrid schedule out of our Lenexa, KS office.
**Your main responsibilities** :
+ Assist with forming overall digital marketing strategy.
+ Conduct an initial audit of partner e-commerce platforms and websites to assess branding and product representation and make improvement recommendations. Conduct periodic audits thereafter.
+ Collaborate with colleagues and partners to understand, plan, and execute to improve our online presence through accurate and improved product (PIM) data, images, videos, branding, descriptions, and pricing.
+ Work with Marketing colleagues and other teams to plan and implement effective campaigns to maximize reach and impact, improve customer experience, streamline processes, and boost traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
+ Investigate and develop potential new e-commerce customers.
+ Develop, monitor, write, and update product content contained on e-commerce websites/portals, leveraging SEO best practices and working with product management, sales, operations, and other relevant teams and agencies.
+ Work closely with Sales colleagues and partners to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
+ Monitorand respond to customer product reviews as needed.
+ Cultivate standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
+ Collaborate with various teams across the organization to investigate inquiries and challenges and provide recommendations for effective solutions.
+ Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis to monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and contribute to the enhancement of product visibility across e-commerce websites/portals.
+ Stay apprised of latest ecommerce trends and technologies, leveraging them to facilitate growth and improve customer experience, sales data, and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
+ Monitor and regularly report on ecommerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
+ Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and improvements. Demonstrate expertise in on-site metrics and strategies for promoting meaningful change.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
+ 5+ years of marketing experience with a marketing, communications, advertising, or business degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Digital skills including marketing automation, analysis of digital opportunities, digital customer journey optimization and deployment on multiple digital channels including social media, nurture campaigns, web experience and other digital touchpoints.
+ Extensive marketing experience, e.g. campaign design.
+ SEO/SEM and digital marketing experience.
+ Ability to use technology and common software and web applications.
+ Experience with marketing relevant platforms and tools, such as email automation and CRM systems.
+ Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
