PCG's Education Strategies team works directly with senior education leaders in the K-12 sector to solve challenging problems, develop long-term strategy, guide change management and support implementation. **Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Participates in organizational analysis consulting projects for school districts and state education agencies.·
+ Independently creates work plans and stakeholder engagement plans for projects.·
