**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manager of Clinical Education and Quality is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of the education and quality programs for the medical transport programs across the Texas Region.
In collaboration with the Region VP of Medical Transport, Transport Program Leaders, and the Physician Medical Directors, the Manager of Clinical Education and Quality is responsible for developing and implementing medical transport education training plans, and oversight of transport quality assurance plans.
What you will do in this role:
Clinical Education:
+ Develops and coordinates new employee orientation.
+ Identify learning and development needs and prioritize education development.
+ Develop, coordinate, and evaluate initial and ongoing clinical education and competency programs for clinical staff.
+ Lead orientation, continuing education, and skill development initiatives aligned with evidence-based practice.
+ Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and continuing education requirements.
+ Support clinical leaders in identifying training needs and performance gaps.
+ Maintain accurate education records and documentation.
+ Assists in the development and provision of annual skills competency training, protocol testing, and initial training for new medical equipment and/or procedures.
Quality and Performance Improvement:
+ Design, implement, and monitor quality improvement programs and clinical performance metrics.
+ Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices for improving patient outcomes.
+ Facilitate root cause analyses and corrective action plans for clinical incidents.
+ Serve as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and accreditation organizations.
+ Collaborate with operations and medical leadership to maintain and advance quality standards.
+ Assist regional leaders in the implementation of IRB approved medical transport research.
Leadership and Collaboration:
+ Supervise and mentor program educators, preceptors, or quality specialists as assigned.
+ Promote a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with medical directors, operations, and risk management teams.
+ Represent the Texas Region on committees and workgroups related to education, training, and quality.
What qualifications you will need:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 2 years flight experience required.
+ Pre-hospital critical care experience required.
+ Registered nurse or licensed/certified paramedic required.
+ 2 years' experience managing, designing, and developing transport educational content required.
+ Excellent education facilitation skills, including virtual delivery, live instructor-led delivery, and e-Learning / recorded media required.
+ Experience with on-line education platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System), HealthStream, etc. preferred.
+ Experience with educating and implementing CAD (Computerized Aided Dispatch) and ePCR (electronic patient care record) EMS platforms.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Education Manager assists with the negotiation and arrangement of clinical experiences for all students enrolled in prelicensure nursing programs. In addition, this position provides oversight of the clinical experience to effectively integrate standardized clinical learning activities and student evaluation.
**Position Responsibilities**
1. Coordinate and supervise the operation of clinical experiences to provide clinical learning experiences according to established learning outcomes.
2. Assists faculty and staff with preparation for clinical experiences including required clinical compliance documentation for students and faculty as well as facility-specific orientation requirements according to facility deadlines.
3. May serve as faculty substitute in the facilitation of clinical experiences as needed.
4. Assists with standardized clinical faculty and staff orientation and development in collaboration with campus and college leadership.
5. Establishes and maintains relationship with representatives of clinical agencies to maintain a variety of clinical sites appropriate for student learning outcomes.
6. Oversees and assists with hiring, performance appraisal, and mentoring of clinical faculty and staff under the direction of campus leadership.
7. Assists with negotiating and arranging clinical experiences in alignment with the established clinical site selection criteria.
8. Identifies agencies for clinical experience that are appropriate to support course student learning outcomes and collaborates with campus leadership to establish clinical learning opportunities.
9. Oversees clinical site development and clinical scheduling to enhance nursing student experiences.
10. Oversees the implementation of clinical experience surveys in collaboration with College and Campus clinical learning leadership for continuous quality monitoring and improvement.
11. Performs walkthrough surveys of clinical sites and experiences and reports findings to college and campus leadership.
12. Makes recommendations for curriculum and clinical learning activity changes to the curriculum council and the Director of Clinical Learning based on research and identified needs identified when performing oversight in the clinical learning environment.
13. Communicates and integrates college-wide policy and process changes regarding clinical learning standardization and implementation.
14. Attends Student Advisory Committee meetings and reports feedback to college and campus leadership for the purpose of continuous quality monitoring and improvement.
15. Assists with the resolution of student and/or faculty concerns regarding clinical experiences in collaboration with college and campus leadership according to established policy and processes.
16. Other duties as assigned.
**Position Requirements**
+ **Education:** Minimum qualification of an MSN, or a BSN with at least two (2) years' experience in clinical education, with nursing background and knowledge that includes an understanding of the educational objectives and experiences of student nurses, an understanding of the clinical practice of nursing, knowledge of the diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice, and knowledge of the types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives.
+ **Unencumbered Licensure:** Applicable state as a Registered Nurse.
+ **Special Qualifications:** At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret learning experience needs of students and match them to the capabilities of clinical placement agencies, excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be creative and innovative, and proficient computer skills in order to collect and analyze data. Must agree to obtain CNEcl certification within one (1) year of acceptance of position.

**Education:**

DataForce by TransPerfect is looking for Physics or Chemistry Education Experts to develop a comprehensive set of problems spanning multiple educational levels. In this role, your expertise in science education and curriculum design will be crucial for creating clear, challenging, and level-appropriate questions in your assigned discipline. This is a hands-on role that combines deep subject matter knowledge with pedagogical excellence to produce high-quality educational content. 

Main Responsibilities:   

In this project you will be asked to 

  • Develop a range of 15 high-quality problems in your assigned discipline (all 15 for Physics or Chemistry, one of the two).  

  • Author content tailored to multiple educational levels, including High School, Undergraduate, and Master's. 

  • Create clear, pedagogically sound, step-by-step solutions for each problem. 

  • Explain the fundamental principles and strategic approaches required to solve problems at each difficulty level. 

  • Ensure all content is scientifically accurate and meets the project's quality guidelines.  



  • Completed a Master's degree (MA or MSc) or PhD in Science Education, Physics Education, Chemistry Education, or a related pedagogical field is strongly preferred. Alternatively, a Master's or PhD in Physics or Chemistry coupled with significant teaching or curriculum development experience. 

  • Proven experience in creating educational content, such as question banks, curriculum materials, textbook problems, or exam questions. 

  • Experience teaching or tutoring students at multiple levels (high school, undergraduate, or graduate) is highly desirable. 

  • A strong understanding of the standard curriculum and common conceptual challenges faced by students at each educational stage.

  • Strong subject mastery in Physics or Chemistry. 

  • Excellent ability to tailor the complexity and framing of problems for different educational levels. 

  • Clear, concise, and logical writing skills, with ability to explain complex topics to varied audiences. 

  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure 100% scientific accuracy in all problems and solutions.

  • Proficiency with a document editor's built-in equation tool (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).

  • Education/Certification:

  • Special Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Instructional Strategies:

    • Use appropriate instructional and learning strategies, activities, materials, equipment, and technology that reflect understanding of the learning styles and needs of students.
    • Implement instructional and linguistic modifications and/or accommodations per ARD and LPAC committees.
    • Work cooperatively with general education teachers to support special education students according to guidelines established in IEPs.
    • Assess the ongoing accomplishments and needs of students; maintain appropriate records; provide immediate feedback and progress reports regularly.
  • Classroom Management and Organization:
    • Create an inviting, risk-free, supportive, and warm learning environment appropriate to the developmental level and interests of students.
    • Implement effective behavior management systems in alignment with student behavior intervention plans, building, and district policies.
    • Manage student behavior in accordance with behavior intervention plans, Student Code of Conduct, and student handbook.
    • Take necessary precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
  • Professional Growth and Development:
    • Participate in professional development activities to improve job-related skills.
    • Comply with state, district, and federal laws, district and campus regulations and policies for classroom teachers.
    • Attend and participate in faculty meetings and serve on staff committees as required.
  • Other Duties:
    • Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
    • Maintain an appropriate level of technology competence to meet the current and future needs of Alief ISD.
    • Implement alternative methods of instruction as needed.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
