GovCIO is currently hiring for a Director of Emerging Technologies tooversee and guide the business units technical teams in developing, implementing, and managing complex IT programs. The Senior Program Director is responsible for program planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensuring programs align with organizational goals and meet compliance requirements. They also focus on team management, performance evaluation, and staff development. This position will be located in Fayetteville, North Carolinaand will be a hybridposition. CONUS travel will be required as needed. Some OCONUS travel may be required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Develop Information Technology Strategies and Solutions while leveraging emerging technologies.
+ Develop Commercial Solutions for Classified architecture (CSfC).
+ Develop Commercial Solutions using emerging technologies for Department of Defense (DoD) and US Govt enterprises.
+ Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
+ Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
+ Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes.
+ Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract.
+ Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
+ Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.
+ Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
+ Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.
+ Manages one or more programs of size and complexity, may manage an operating/field office, and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
+ Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.
+ Prepares manpower staffing plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations. May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
+ Monitors contract, subcontract, and funding; prepares forecasts of program financial performance.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's with 10-15 years (or commensurate experience)
+ 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs.
+ Clearance Required: Top Secret
+ 10+ years experience managing all phases of DoD IT Projects.
+ Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
+ Cisco Certified Network Associate/Professional (CCNP).
Desired Qualifications.
+ More than 10 year's experience managing US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) enterprise networks and systems.
+ More than 10 year's US Military IT experience operating, managing, enterprise networks and systems.
