**Roles & Responsibilities:**
+ Lead an engineering team working to transition designs to production for a very important sector priority program with many time-critical elements and high management visibility.
+ Interface with Engineering & Program Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance.
+ Brief internal and potentially external customer leadership on progress.
+ Perform in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings.

**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-related discipline with 8 years of industry experience, or master's degree and 6 years industry experience (with a BS in STEM)
+ Active Secret clearance required to start. Must be able to maintain this level of clearance and obtain a SAP clearance for continued employment.
+ General Knowledge of RF hardware design and manufacturing
+ 1-year minimum as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead or equivalent where responsibilities included: project planning, cost & schedule management including tracking, team tasking / leadership, and status reporting.
+ 1-year minimum working experience with knowledge of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Material Processing
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience moving hardware through the BWI factory and test cell(s)
+ Experience with REX (receiver/exciter) or general RF Integration and test for hardware
+ Experience reporting project status to program, functional management and customers
+ Knowledge of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)

Primary Level Salary Range: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Your Impact

Who You Are
**Required Qualifications**
