AWS is looking for a dedicated, resourceful, and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support leaders in our Support Organization under Global Services. This role will support two leaders within the Product team within AWS Global Services (AGS). This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines while prioritizing and executing on tasks that have an impact across multiple teams, including customers.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced planner and coordinator with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently, while collaborating with other EAs. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs, drive improvements for a globally dispersed team, and understand handling of confidential information and be trusted to maintain data privacy. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround at times. This role must be able to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
Key job responsibilities
* Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
