**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Seeking a Financial Analyst, who will provide operational and financial analysis to Shared Service Center (SSC) operational unit leaders and senior leadership. We are actively recruiting for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team within Worldwide Operations Manufacturing group.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for all spending and budgeting related activities. These activities include but are not limited to forecasting, reporting, journal entries posting, capital budget management and execution, quarter end close and accounts reconciliation.
+ Effectively collaborate and interact with various Business Managers and be responsible in consolidating key FP&A requirements, while delivering reporting analysis for all financial cycles.
+ Perform consolidation and reporting related to financial close, quarterly business reviews, Annual Operating Plans, Strategic Review and forecast cycles
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams in performing detailed analysis for finance and non-finance stakeholders
+ Support management in completing ad hoc reports and providing data driven insights into business performance
+ Develop financial models, run scenario analysis and provide support in analyzing margins, risks and opportunities.
+ Lead the effort in streamlining management reporting and centralizing information and analytics
+ Proactively identify and drive process improvement initiatives
**Qualifications & Preferences**
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Strong Excel modeling skills, experience with Financial systems like SAP, Anaplan and Tableau a plus
+ Collaborative working style, excellent communication, and presentation skills
+ Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
**Education:** Bachelor's degree in business/accounting/finance or related field

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. As a **Financial Analyst** you will report to the Senior Director of Finance for NDBS US and will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis across the company. The role will focus on three key areas: (1) managed services revenues and costs, (2) software commissions earned by NDBS, and (3) sales commission expense tracking and reporting. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Build and maintain financial models to track managed services revenues and costs.
+ Maintain revenue waterfall models forecasting 5 to 7 years into the future.
+ Partner with business leaders to forecast revenues, analyze variances, and identify opportunities for margin improvement.
+ Collaborate with accounting, legal, and operations to ensure proper revenue recognition.
+ Monitor KPIs including subscription renewals, churn, and service delivery costs.
+ Support the administration, tracking, and reporting of sales commissions; ensure accuracy of calculations and payouts.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations and Finance Leadership to ensure alignment between commission plans and financial reporting.

**Position Requirements/Qualifications:**
