Job Description
Oracle Supply Chain Operations is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to lead a team responsible for fulfilling orders to support Oracle Data Centers and managing the execution functions of Oracle's warehousing & distribution partners. The team manages the timely/accurate scheduling of customer orders in alignment to customer request dates & Data Center priorities, the release of planned orders to drive purchase order creation in Oracle Fusion, and the scheduling/execution of transfer orders used to stock Local Storage Sites around the globe.
The successful candidate will work with warehousing & distribution partners, OEM suppliers, and Oracle internal teams to identify/report/close material shortages, coordinate the pull in/push out/cancellation of open POs, and drive continuous improvement, optimization, & automation of the supply chain. Ultimately the manager is responsible for executing the predictable shipment of a high volume of orders with robust processes and documentation in place to support.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by supporting quick and predictable deliveries to data centers
- Manage, optimize, and automate the sales order scheduling & purchase order date updating processes
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, potential delays, disruptions, & shortages
- Analyze data from supply chain processes, identify/resolve bottlenecks, and report on Key Performance Indicators
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive improvements
- Monitor operations at the warehousing & distribution partners, ensure transactions are executed in real time & that Oracle Fusion is accurate
- Ensure PO dates are aligned in Oracle Fusion, receiving is being done quickly/accurately, and invoices are being paid on time
- Train employees on best practices and promote a culture of excellence
- Develop team members by providing advice, counseling, opportunities for growth, and visibility to senior leadership
- Guide new employees through on boarding, coach employees on their job performance, give feedback, and suggest corrective action as appropriate
- Implement processes and systems to monitor progress and assess an employee's progress toward individual and team goals

We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated eCommerce Fulfillment Manager to lead the daily operations of our eCommerce fulfillment location. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, on-time fulfillment of customer orders while managing inventory, resolving customer service issues, and motivating a small team to meet performance metrics.
This is a "test and learn" pilot program, so flexibility and adaptability are key as the fulfillment operation scales over time.
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment Operations
+ Oversee daily order fulfillment, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time within 2 business day window.
+ Maintain a Wrong Order Rate of less than 1% by implementing quality control checks and process improvements.
+ Use Shopify and ShipStation (or similar software) to batch, print, and manage shipping labels and packing slips.
+ Ensure all orders are marked as shipped and are in transit to customer without issue.
Team Leadership
+ Manage and motivate a small team of fulfillment associates.
+ Set clear expectations, provide training, and hold team members accountable to performance metrics and safety.
+ Foster a positive, efficient, and safety-conscious work environment.
Customer Service Resolution
+ Log and resolve customer service issues related to fulfillment, shipping, and product accuracy.
+ Make strategic decisions on issue resolution (e.g., reship vs. refund) based on inventory availability and customer impact.

Requirements:
+ 3+ years of experience in eCommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.

+ Proficiency in basic Excel (e.g., data entry, inventory tracking, simple formulas).

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Manager will lead the Purchasing and Logistics functions for US Valve, and work closely with the platform Sourcing team. The candidate will prioritize and execute sourcing initiatives to reduce supply chain complexity, improve business continuity and achieve material productivity. - Identifies supply chain risk and implements counter measures that improves part availability, prevents stock outs and accelerates backlog execution.
- Drives 8020 principles deeper within the organization by using the Plan for Every Part (PFEP) analysis to drive actions.

Role will report to the General Manager of the US Supply organization, managing the materials team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement of logistics, inventory control, strategic sourcing and tactical procurement.

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Architect to join our growing team at Oracle, as we embark on an exciting journey of exponential cloud growth. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations, expanding our supplier base, launching new GPU as well as traditional hardware products, improving internal policy, processes, and tools in support of business growth.
The Supply Chain Architect will be on a dedicated team of 4-5 individuals led by an experienced Oracle supply chain director. All team members must have a common set of strong general program and project management skills plus their own unique specialized skills in at least one area.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Gather and analyze data, formulate clear proposals, and present them effectively to all stakeholders to gain buy-in.
+ Present these plans for Executive VP review, covering critical supply chain topics.
+ Once approved, take ownership of implementation, providing daily status updates and ensuring timely execution.
+ Demonstrate resilience and the ability to handle criticism constructively.
+ Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
+ Act as a liaison and SME to collaborate with various supply chain, engineering, and cloud operations teams to define requirements, solution design, and implementation of supply chain processes, tools, and automation.
+ Lead and influence cross-functional teams without traditional direct reports, ensuring successful project outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
Generalist Skills (Required):
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 10+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing and cloud compute hardware supply chain management, supply chain planning, procurement, operations, or solutions architecture, with a strong track record of process improvement.
+ Strong experience with ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.), WMS, PLM, and analytics tools.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration between supply chain operations, and engineering with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
+ Excellent written and spoken communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
+ Preferred certifications such as APICS CSCP or CPIM, Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain & Manufacturing (SCM) Cloud certification.
+ Preferred proficiency in program/project management, including requirement gathering, team formation, planning, and execution using structure project management methodologies like PMP, Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma (CSSBB).
+ Experience with data analytics, automation, and AI-driven supply chain solutions is a plus.
