The Director of Creative and Design leads the development and production of multimedia marketing assets that support our residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure businesses across North America. **Essential Functions:**
+ **Creative Strategy & Leadership**
+ Translate marketing needs into compelling visual and written assets that elevate brand and solution storytelling across multiple channels. Elevate creative practice with best practices. Guide the Creative Head and team in delivering breakthrough creative executions.
+ **Production Management & Systems Building**
+ Oversee high-volume production of collateral, and other standardized materials. Implement systems and workflows that enable NAM marketers to produce content efficiently and consistently.
+ **Team & Vendor Oversight**
+ Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for graphic design, copywriting, video, rendering, and production. Manage external partners and vendors to ensure quality, speed, and brand alignment.
+ **AI & Technology Enablement**
+ Harness AI tools and automation to streamline asset creation, improve speed-to-market, and reduce manual effort. Champion innovation in creative operations. Implement modular content strategy for syndicating content into collateral and video.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Partner with brand, product, digital, and regional marketing teams to align creative output with business goals and customer needs.
This role operates in a highly matrixed, multi-brand environment across diverse business units and customer segments. It requires strong decision-making skills, balancing creative vision with operational efficiency. The Director must navigate industry-specific nuances and collaborate across functions to deliver consistent, high-quality marketing assets at scale.
+ Bachelors in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, multimedia production, or related field is required.
+ 10+ years of progressive experience in creative and design roles. Ideally within large, matrixed organizations or agencies serving enterprise clients.
+ 5+ years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary creative teams (graphic design, copywriting, video, rendering).
+ Experience in leading **brand and solution storytelling** across multiple media formats.
+ Overseeing **high-volume production** of marketing collateral and technical documentation.
+ Implementing **AI-powered creative systems** or automation tools to scale content creation.
