**Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift 5x8-Hour**
**Location:** Various Hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL)
**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a Day Shift (5x8-Hour) position from 07:30 to 16:00. The selected candidate will be required to float between five hospitals based on staffing needs. This role involves providing exceptional patient care and requires effective collaboration in a dynamic hospital environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in multiple hospital settings.
- Float between various units and facilities, as needed, while maintaining great patient care standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor telemetry and be prepared to handle a variety of clinical situations with professionalism and skill.
- Participate in orientation processes, including the completion of mandatory training modules and passing a Dysrhythmia Test.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
- Current ARDMS or RDCS certification.
- Active NJ license or compact license in good standing; all licenses and certifications must be submitted with your application.
- BLS certification is required at the time of submission.
- Willingness to float within the designated five hospitals.
- Traveling experience is a plus, but first-time travelers are accepted with preferred experience.
**Work Schedule:**
- Full-time Day Shift (Monday to Friday) with every third weekend and holiday on-call requirements.
**Expectations:**
- Travelers must comply with all hospital policies and procedures.
- No requests for time off will be accepted after submission; RTO must be provided at the time of application.
- Individuals living within a 50-mile radius of the hospitals may be accepted at a lower rate.
