**About the role:**
As the Director, you'll be accountable for helping your team exceed annual revenue goals for UKG's Pro, Dimensions, and Ready customer base (2,500+ employees) across the Services & Distribution vertical. **About You:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years managing a diverse team in sales, presales, or similar organizations
+ Minimum of 5 years selling to C level executives
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience leading or selling SaaS/WFM/HCM software solutions to C level Executives.
+ Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions.

This is an entry-level sales position within J.R. Simplot Company's Global Food. Trainees will grow their sales skills in one the largest-privately owned companies in America.
You will start out in Boise, Idaho with 4 months of in-depth training at our global headquarters. During this time, you will travel to several markets to shadow successful sales professionals in cities across America. By the end of summer, you will be knowledgeable on all of our food related products, systems, and tools. + Self-generate prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.

+ Promote and support our "One Team" vision. Sell all services offered: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Used Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics. Take the initiative to identify the customers' overall business needs and not just their transportation needs.
+ Follow departmental procedures in completing truck paperwork using available systems tools.
+ Level 2 Used truck sales reps should average 5 trucks per month sold with minimum of 1 F&I contract, 1 Used Truck Warranty contract, and 1 RushCare contract maintenance/telematics contract.
