Digital Marketing Manager - Waterless Beauty


We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Marketing team in Culver City, Los Angeles. This position is a full-time, on-site position. However, we are not a traditional 9-5 worker and value work quality and commitment in line with employee scheduling. The ideal candidate comes from a beauty background with experience in the direct to consumer and retail industry and loves the beauty that comes from within and shines out. This position requires someone to be flexible in their responsibilities and be comfortable with new roles, platforms and software unique to our company and industry. Must be efficient, detail oriented and well organized. You must be able to multitask and be comfortable meeting tight deadlines. No task is too small and no challenge too big. We are a team that challenges and supports each other to work together and achieve something. A "can-do" attitude and passion for the world's finest industry is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating the social media strategy for the entire Sales and Marketing department

• As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be required to provide guidance on social media to colleagues in the Sales and Marketing team

• You will be responsible for developing their personal brand and understanding how and when to best use social media platforms

• You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to grow and increase online engagement and enhance

• As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Marketing team to support your content strategy and publish valuable content across multiple social media platforms

• Drive engagement and brand awareness across all of our social media platforms

• Work closely with the SEO Manager to monitor and report on social-sourced traffic

• Generate reports to demonstrate social media performance against KPIs
