What you will do

The Manager , Media Planning will suppo rt global communications & media planning strategy in collaboration with key global brand teams . As the Manager , Planning you will support the annual and campaign planning cycles of our global brand teams, provide strategic guidance and inputs in an E2E comms planning process, and to ensure successful handoff from global comms strategy to local execution and activation. There will be a heavy focus to support the Director, Media Planning with the Skin Health comms planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategic development of global E2E comms planning process at Kenvue and execution through key global brands , in collaboration with local market requirements and agency processes
  • Support local media planning efforts through successful briefing from global comms plan and requirements/expectations of local counterparts for activation
  • Act as support for Skin Health comms and media planning, in collaboration with Director, Media Planning and the Neutrogena, Aveeno, and OGX global brand teams
  • Integrate central planning standards (sufficiency, alignment of business + comms objectives , downstream media requirements and best practices) into global brand team planning
  • Support the full Global Media Planning team with central requirements and efforts required to scale best practices across local media teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal, external agency roster) to integrate media planning efforts with overall marketing strategies
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative media solutions
  • Analyze campaign performance data and support insights feedback loop to optimize comms & media strategies and drive continuous improvement


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in communications or connections planning
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media (either specialist/COE, or within brand planning, or at agency/media vendor)
  • Minimum of 3 years of media planning experience (strategy, tools, metrics, outcomes)
  • Proven track record of successfully executing media campaigns across various channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data , make data-driven decisions , and build insights loop to support planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience designing E2E comms planning process within a consumer brand organization
  • Experience participating in interagency team, spanning media, brand and production requirements
  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders

What you will do

The Senior Manager , Media Planning , Self Care is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of global communications & media planning strategy in support of key global brand teams . As the Senior Manager , Planning for Self Care you will support the annual and campaign planning cycles of our global brand teams, provide strategic guidance and inputs in an E2E comms planning process, and to ensure successful handoff from global comms strategy to local execution and activation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategic development of global E2E comms planning process at Kenvue and execution through key global brands , in collaboration with local market requirements and agency processes

  • Develop and implement strategic comms & media requirements through global brand planning, content creation, and media planning cycles

  • Support local media planning efforts through successful briefing from global comms plan and requirements/expectations of local counterparts for activation

  • Act as lead Media collaborator for Self Care comms and media planning, in collaboration with Nicorette, Pain and Allergy global brand teams

  • Integrate central planning standards (sufficiency, alignment of business + comms objectives , downstream media requirements and best practices) into global brand team planning

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal, external agency roster) to integrate media planning efforts with overall marketing strategies

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend innovative media solutions

  • Analyze campaign performance data and support insights feedback loop to optimize comms & media strategies and drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Advertising, Communications, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or connections planning

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in media (either specialist/COE, or within brand planning, or at agency/media vendor)

  • Minimum of 5 years of media planning experience (strategy, tools, metrics, outcomes)

  • Proven track record of successfully executing media campaigns across various channels

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data , make data-driven decisions , and build insights loop to support planning

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience designing E2E comms planning process within a consumer brand organization

  • Experience participating in interagency team, spanning media, brand and production requirements

  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders

$152,150.00 - $214,800.00

As the Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing our marketing strategy across our digital paid media and partnering across the enterprise to enable brand-building activities. In addition, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals. An ideal candidate has a strong background in digital advertising, analytics, and ROI management. As a member of the growing Direct Response team, you will play a pivotal role in developing strategy, deploying campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to drive optimal ROI and KPIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop our digital marketing strategy and execute comprehensive, multi-touch integrated demand generation programs that drive and accelerate the consumer pipeline, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion all within allowable acquisition economics.
  • Optimize and implement best practices across a subset of digital marketing programs including, but not limited to SEM, display, mobile, video and social, with a focus on driving awareness, consideration and ultimately new customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate and onboard as appropriate a mix of internal and 3rd party solutions to optimize paid media performance.
  • Implement a test and learn culture that allows the team to constantly find new ways to optimize campaign performance and continuously refine targeted strategies.
  • Collaborate with the internal creative team to plan creative for respective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Brand team on brand media tests and innovations that will ensure that we speak the common language to our customer base, and drive equity in the Plymouth Rock brand
  • Establish processes and protocols for campaign measurement and reporting. Define and own the entire metrics stack for all digital marketing efforts including awareness, consideration and conversion rates
  • Assess content effectiveness and drive alignment between marketing campaign narratives, the website user experience and KPIs.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Marketing Technology, Brand, and Analytics teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of digital marketing experience in a client side B2C company; financial services/insurance experience preferred
  • 5+ years of media planning and buying experience; experience in both online and offline channels preferred
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing DSP and/or combining first and third-party data to efficiently reach target audiences
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing management using strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills
  • Prior agency experience a plus
  • Prior experience setting up and utilizing data layers on ecommerce sites
  • HEAP, Google Analytics, or other web analytics experience required
  • Motivated self-starter who has an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to create order and drive execution

SALARY RANGE ?

The pay range for this position is $119,000 to $59,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on multiple factors, including employee knowledge and experience, role scope, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
