The Young Professional Musicians Collective is accepting musician applications for our Fall 2025 Concert! This concert will feature works from ballets and operas, in collaboration with singers from the Boston Summer Opera. The concert is scheduled for Nov 15th at 2pm, with rehearsals on Sunday mornings/afternoons starting Sept 7th. Rehearsals are not every Sunday but depend on the assigned pieces.
Who we are and our mission: The YPMC aims to empower college-aged and recent graduate musicians through performance experience and to provide accessible live music to the community.
Qualifications: College-level or higher musician aligned with the YPMC mission.
Note: This is a volunteer position . All roles are volunteer-based, designed to offer experience and networking opportunities for musicians.
Repertoire includes: Copland - Appalachian Spring, Hesh Wu - Jean Baptiste Point DuSable Lake Shore Drive * New composition! , Gluck - Dance of the Blessed Spirits from Orfeo ed Euridice, Mascagni - Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana (organ part arranged for brass ensemble), Puccini - O Mio Babbino Caro, Korngold - Gluck das mir verlieb, Vaughan Williams - 49th Parallel.

Job Description
MYSO accepts audition submissions for the following sections of the orchestra, including: Violin, Viola, Cello, String Bass, Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Bassoon, Horn, Trumpet, Trombone, Tuba, Percussion, and Harp.
Steps to Audition Online for the Season- Fill out the MYSO Audition Form online here.
- A $25 non-refundable audition fee* can be paid online via PayPal here.
- Upload your audition video to YouTube with an unlisted link and submit it within your audition form OR email it directly to Your audition should include:
- A brief introduction stating your name and age/grade.
- Two scales of your choice, including the number of octaves, tempo, dynamics, and articulation. A steady tempo on all scales is appreciated.
- Orchestral excerpts listed on the Audition Music page, in the order listed. ILMEA excerpts or a short prepared solo piece are also acceptable.
Acceptance into MYSO requires payment of a $75 membership fee (for the full season), or 250 (for those beginning in January), or 125 (for those beginning in March), along with a sincere commitment to attend each rehearsal and performance.

World Choice Investments, LLC. is looking for talented musicians for our Hatfield & McCoy Dinner Feud Live Show in the legendary Pigeon Forge, TN. If you have experience in live show performances, then this is the opportunity for YOU!
We are specifically seeking experienced Stand-up/Double Bass players for this part-time position. Acting ability and comedic timing are a plus, but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Live Show performance experience of 1+ years
- Experienced Stand-up/Double Bass player.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong playing ability.
- Ability to adjust to altering schedules: added shows, adjusted days off, as-needed rehearsals, etc.
- Follow basic stage blocking/movement: climb stairs, adjust quickly from standing to seated positions, able to stand for long periods of time.
- Work with a variety of talents in an ensemble cast setting (Dancers/Cloggers, Fighters, Band Players, Springboard Divers, etc.)
- Willing to live in/near Pigeon Forge, TN

Position Summary
The Club Events DJ will set the mood and vibe with music for Club Events that will vary from adult social events inside the club/studios, pool parties, kids and family events. They will prepare playlists and ensure the music choices are on-brand and suitable for the type of event. Overall, the Club Events DJ will make the event as fun and enjoyable as possible for all.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provides DJ services, including setting up and operating equipment, at Life Time events
Ensures music choices and arranged playlists are on-brand and relevant to the audience per the event (adult or family)
Speaks to Life Time Healthy Way of Life standards during event to communicate with attendees to guide them to appropriate Life Time leaders and current programming (will be provided to DJ)
Position Requirements
- Prior experience DJing
- Up to date on music trends and social media
- Outgoing personality and a great people-person
- Familiarity and connection to the Life Time Healthy Way of Life brand
- Connection and partnership with Life Time Performers to establish vibe of the event
- Ability to travel locally 50 miles
