About the Role
HESI Content Specialist assists the Director of HESI Content and HESI content team with the development and deployment of market critical, innovative HESI content such as Medication Safety, and HESI secure content. This individual manages assigned digital content from inception to production release utilizing digital content workflows, authoring tools and technologies as appropriate. Serves as the day-to-day contact for internal and external HESI content development partners including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Instructional Designers (IDs), and global content vendors throughout the development process.
Responsibilities
+ Works with the Director of HESI Content, planning digital content development, deployment and delivery cadence
+ Plays a key role in meetings with the internal and external content development partners/experts ensuring on time delivery
+ Identifies potential issues and works with the Director of HESI Content to find alternative approaches to mitigate risks
+ Manages and consolidates reviews from SMEs. Queries SMEs and outsourced vendors as appropriate to ensure quality on-time content delivery
+ Collaborates with the Director of HESI Content and other internal participants to develop and/or brings forth suggestions for improving existing writing, assessment, and instructional design guidelines
+ Performs high-level content reviews/provides editorial oversight for various types of content objects such as Outlines, assessment and other types of Nursing Education content.

Requirements
+ Have a B.A./B.S. in English or related area.
+ Possess two or more years' experience with eContent development preferably in Nursing and related areas.

The Clinical Transition Specialist is an experienced sales professional who uses sales techniques to sell Option Care products and services to discharging patients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Proactively maintains and grows relationships with referrals sources to increase sales and patient starts. Serves as key point of contact and representative of Option Care to provide education, assistance, and service to referral sources.
+ Interacts with area service providers on a daily basis to sell Option Care services that could assist in the care for discharging patients. Conducts assessment of patients selected by the hospital to ensure patient is a viable candidate for alternative site care.
+ Uses sales techniques to educate patients, their families and the facility staff about the services and products provided by Option Care.
+ Provides hands on, in person education to patients and their caregivers with the goal of timely discharge and therapy independence.
+ Effectively communicates with agency staff, medical team, patients and family throughout the discharge process to implement an effective treatment plan.

+ Partners with Account Manager and Regional Sales Director to create and execute area business and growth plan.

**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the delivery of excellence in patient care through assessing, formulating nursing diagnoses and establishing goals, planning and implementing intervention and evaluating patient care outcomes. With the staff nurse's professional practice he/she responsible for participating in and maintaining quality, cost effectiveness and guest relations. Provide patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.

+ Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma
+ Bachelors in Nursing Preferred*Medical Center - "*Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire. Current employees grandfathered before July 2020."
+ Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
+ BLS with skills demonstration
+ ACLS within six months

+ At least one (1) year of RN experience
+ Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire
