As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in change management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project's targeted outcomes.

An experienced Oncology professional with a broad understanding of practices and solutions responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve defined key performance indicators related to adoption of the electronic health record across services.
Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption.
This role engages with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in nursing
+ At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
+ At least 5-years licensed health care practice
+ A minimum of 3 years Oncology/Hematology clinical experience
+ At least 1- year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience
+ Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board
+ Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position. Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Advanced degree in Informatics
+ Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and/or Biotherapy certification
+ Experience with Oncology clinical research or clinical trials
+ Background in working with Federal agencies
+ Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Manager provides leadership to the Radiation Oncology department, while overseeing the day-to-day business and clinical operations, including ongoing clinical competence and staff development.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ongoing assessment and support of the clinical programs for the radiation oncology center and assuring optimal quality care, safety and outcomes for patients and families.
2. Supporting an interdisciplinary team approach to the overall delivery of care to patients and family members and facilitates an environment of collaboration and excellence.
3. Collaboration with the Director and other hospital leaders to ensure operations are strategically aligned with mission, vision, and values of the HCA organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Develops an annual operational plan (including scope of service) that is integrated with the HCA programmatic build, in collaboration with the center Director.
· Develops, implements and periodically reviews all policies and procedures that guide and support the radiation oncology services provided. These include, but are not limited to, TJC requirements, federal and state regulations, professional standards, and cancer service line metrics/benchmarks.
· Continuously assesses and improves the department's performance by establishing, maintaining, and reporting meaningful key performance indicators, such as patient satisfaction,
safety, quality and patient outcomes.
· Maintains key data analytics used for planning, regulatory, and business decision making.
· Enforces compliance with departmental processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
· Supports and abides by all hospital policies, including safety policies and practices.
· In collaboration with the Director, develops and maintains a staffing plan for the department, detailing appropriate employee classifications and qualifications consistent with the department's operational plan, projected volumes, and other relevant indicators.
· Ensures compliance with the prescribed staffing plan.
· Develops annual operating and capital budgets, monitors and analyzes performance and productivity and implements necessary corrective plans, in collaboration with the center Director.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
The Radiation Therapist functions as an integral member of the radiation oncology team. The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering the prescribed course of treatment to each patient and closely monitoring and reporting any discrepancies in the patient set up.
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
· Demonstrates responsibility and accountability in the performance of treatment, assessment, and implementation of the prescribed treatment plan.

· Recognizes changes in the patient's status/condition and reports to appropriate personnel.

· Utilizes treatment accessories to accurately reproduce the radiation treatment.
· Expertise in the technical aspects of radiation oncology to include simulation and treatment processes to ensure optimal radiation treatment delivery.
· Ensures that all QA procedures are complete and within tolerances before proceeding with patient treatment as outlined in department policies and procedures (any abnormalities/inconsistencies should be reported to the proper authority).
· Works closely with the Radiation Oncologist and therapy team to construct immobilization devices or custom blocking techniques that are conducive to conformal radiation therapy.
· Utilizes sophisticated imaging equipment for precise tumor localization.
· Knowledgeable in the areas of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, clinical oncology, radiobiology, radiation physics, and radiation safety.
· Has working knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices as defined by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other regulatory agencies.
· Practices and adheres to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement" of the organization.
· Practices within the Department's policies and procedures.
· Works collaboratively with the radiation oncology team to develop an efficient and positive work environment that promotes exceptional patient care.

· Must maintain a current ARRT certification, licensure, and complete any additional training required by Sarah Cannon.

**Job Summary:**
The Clinical Supervisor (CS) coordinates activities with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient, cost-effective clinical operations of the practice on a day-to-day basis by performing a variety of tasks. Collaborates with the Practice Manager and physicians to facilitate quality patient care. The CS collaborates with the Practice Manager to plan, organize, communicate, coordinate, administer, teach, and evaluate clinical staff in their care of patients. The CS contributes to the growth of the medical practice by promoting an excellent, positive, professional image and actively participates as a member of the team, carrying out all leadership responsibilities in accordance with the policies and procedures of the practice and the University of Colorado School of Medicine (CUSOM).
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborates with the Practice Manager and other site supervisors to coordinate the day-to-day activities of the practice site.
+ Participates in expediting patient care as necessary.
+ Responsible for the orientation process of new clinical staff hires and assists in the ongoing training and development of all staff to maintain required clinical competencies.
+ Maintains open lines of communication with the Practice Manager concerning practice activities that include operational, performance, or disciplinary issues.
+ Participates in workflow development, planning, and execution for the practice and each of the divisions.

**Qualifications:**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health care field.
+ 4+ years of clinical nursing experience.
+ 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience.
**Substitution:** A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in healthcare or another related field.
+ 3+ years of clinic experience in area of specialty.
+ Ambulatory quality improvement (QI) experience.
+ Experience in the use of registry data and quality systems.

+ Demonstrates a working knowledge of current trends in health and ambulatory care.
