**Overview**
The University Recruitment Advisor is responsible for building and growing ATI Physical Therapy's university talent pipeline to set a strong foundation for sustainable growth for the company. This position implements strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality, diverse clinicians from universities that both support local talent needs as well as those that can supply strategic markets across ATI's clinical service footprint.
This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician (PT, PTA, OT, ATC) to engage with students and aspiring clinicians!
This is a remote position with exciting opportunities to travel for recruitment events across ATI Physical Therapy's nationwide footprint.
This role requires the ability to travel up to 50%.

**Responsibilities**
+ Coordinate and execute campus events and recruitment efforts to build the talent pipeline, under the direction of the Director of University Recruitment
+ Manage university recruitment activities including but not limited to event solicitation/creation, registration, candidate tracking and event recap
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for students and educational institutions regarding university events
+ Engage and partner with targeted schools and programs, including representing ATI at recruitment events
+ Track and analyze key performance metrics to influence data driven campus recruiting related decisions
+ Serves as a "Brand Ambassador" to build the ATI brand
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge on campus recruiting goals and strategy including roles, number of openings, class starts, locations, and hiring teams
+ Build and maintain long-term relationships with key universities, faculty, administration, and student organizations
+ Contribute ideas to enhance or improve the success of university relations and the recruitment process
+ Support full cycle recruiting and candidate management including sourcing, screening, interview collaboration and hand off with the broader Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers
+ Consistently maintain and update Talent Pools/ATS with a high level of accuracy
+ Support ATI's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy by actively sourcing diverse talent and increasing the diversity of the candidate pool
+ Act as liaison between marketing and the Talent Acquisition team for materials, creative assets and supplies that will be used during events the duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.

A master's degree in a job-related field may be substituted for one year of the professional experience. The incumbent must demonstrate effective written and oral communication skills. This opportunity is located in the Mid City area and will be in office at a hybrid capacity. This opportunity is temp to hire and is looking to pay between $25-$27/hr. We are looking for someone with strong recruitment assistant experience, experience in the Non profit industry, and who has a drive and passion to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen incoming resumes and applications on various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Zip Recruiter).
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience of recruitment assistant experience
  • Expeirnece in Non profit highly preferred
  • Bachelor degree in related field preferred
  • Experience working with ATS systems preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
