SAIC is seeking a Space Technology Advisor with an active TS/SCI clearance to support the Principal Director, Space Technology in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) in the management and execution of the Department of Defense (DoD) Microelectronics Commons program. The systems engineer's primary roles are to support Principle Director (PD), Space Technology research and development strategic planning activities to inform DoD investment decisions. The candidate will track, prioritize, and rapidly respond to ongoing actions to enable customer success in evaluating strategic and technological approaches and synchronizing DoD efforts. This position is hybrid remote located at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Job responsibilities, include, but are not limited to:

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

The University of Colorado Boulder (CU Boulder) seeks an outstanding scholar in space technology to become the Smead Endowed Chair in Space Technology in the Ann and H.J. Smead Department of Aerospace Engineering Sciences. This tenured position is targeted at the level of Full Professor and will include responsibility for developing and leading an externally funded research group, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and engaging in university and professional service. The Smead Endowed Chair in Space Technology recognizes leadership, creativity, and technical excellence in space research. The **Electronics Design Engineer - Space Exploration Electronic Systems** will:
+ Report directly to the Electronics and Electrical Section Manager as part of group of over 45 other Electronics and Electrical Engineers.

+ Support design engineers in bench top lab EMI assessments/Engineering Evaluations.
+ Develop correlation equations to estimate pass/fail criteria in onsite EMI chambers.
+ Be able to look at programs from a system perspective with respect to EMC/EMI areas early in a project. This may include Risk Analysis and recommendations for design changes.
+ While working in a laboratory environment, following standard operating procedures and following safety protocols established by the test facility.
+ Perform other duties, as required, including multiple discipline (Avionics, Power Quality, RF Tx/RX Systems, Mechanical/Structural, Environments, etc.) meetings; attend weekly in-office status meetings, as well as online TEAMS meetings with NASA, primary Contractor, and sub-contractors.

**Requisition Qualifications:**

+ Sound experience with space, military or commercial EMI/EMC design, test planning, execution and mitigation.
+ Sound knowledge of and experience in EMI/EMC compliance design and testing per MIL-STD-461 standards for system level and sub-system (box) level electrical/electronic systems.

+ Serve as the escalation point for customer-facing issues and lead efforts to deliver exceptional customer service experiences-resolving concerns with professionalism, ownership, and urgency
+ Drive disciplined Business Development (BD) processes across the team, ensuring effective execution of opportunity identification, shaping, and pipeline management, while leading or supporting gates, milestone reviews and color team reviews
+ Oversee the development of high-quality customer briefings, capture strategies, proposals, and related artifacts to ensure alignment with customer needs, competitive positioning, and Raytheon strategy
+ Collect and analyze customer interaction data and engagement trends to forecast future needs, inform capability development, and shape strategic pursuits
+ Collaborate across RTX businesses, Raytheon business units and functional areas-including engineering, program management, strategy, and finance-to align internal priorities with customer expectations and operational execution
+ Ensure timely, transparent communication with the DoD customer and other government agencies across all formal and informal engagements, requests for information, and solicitations
+ Track and coordinate internal engagement with the customer, including site visits and leadership touchpoints; develop agendas, talking points, and background materials for executive-level visits
+ Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the R&C function, leveraging metrics and feedback loops to enhance efficiency, proposal quality, and customer engagement
+ Collaborate with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) at the Federal, State/Local on Public Policy in their advocation and development of new technologies and our solutions
+ Work Location: AZ - Tucson
+ Domestic travel up to 40%
**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 14 years prior Aerospace and Defense industry experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 12 years' experience
+ Experience in highly sensitive technology domains involving ground- and air-launched effectors, obtained through service as a qualified operator in a DoD component or a minimum of 3 years of program management within a program office managing these systems
+ 3+ years' experience in requirements generation, resource sponsors, and/or program management
+ Experience working in classified environments to include Special Access Required (SAR)
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams

+ Advanced degree (MBA or STEM-based preferred)
+ Government or Industry Program Management Certification
+ Previous business development experience with industry to include certified Capture Manager (or equivalent)

The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

KBR is seeking a PP&C Lead Specialist in support of the Extravehicular Activity Space Operations Contract (ESOC) and Exploration Extravehicular Activity Services (xEVAS) Programs. These programs are integral to the Human Exploration Project Portfolio. We support a variety of customers, NASA and commercial. ESOC Broad range of Operations services for EVA systems and xEVAS is the Design responsibility for the Pressure Garment System (PGS) to include Space Suit, Environmental Protection Garment (EPG), Liquid Cooling Garment and Ancillary Gear, PGS Test Rigs and Ground Support Equipment. Commercial Programs are a variety in support of Human Space Exploration.
Job Summary
The PP&C Lead Specialist also known as the Business Manager is a key part of the project team, interacting with all levels of Program Management and colleagues in other functional areas. Business Manager oversees project cost forecasting, control, and reporting, ensuring compliance with contract and financial requirements including FAR and NASA regulations. The Specialist has full P&L and cashflow and compliance responsibility for projects of various contract types, terms, and levels of complexity with limited daily oversight. The position requires in-depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and the reporting cycle, to include experience in Estimate at Complete ( EAC), variance and trend analysis. The Specialist tracks and reports opportunities and risks along with project backlog. The position relies upon experience, people skills, and broad knowledge of accounting and finance to ensure task completion in compliance with policies, procedures, and business strategy. The Specialist uses judgment and experience to solve complex and unique problems, interpret internal and external issues and develop best practices. This position may also direct resources, prioritize tasks and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Develop, maintain, and control WBS and lead project set up activities to ensure compliant and effective cost charging, billing, and revenue recognition.
+ Calculate, control, maintain baselines and budgets and monitor project funding, schedules, and milestones, calculate estimates to complete, and process scope changes as needed.
+ Review costs incurred and calculated future costs based on labor productivity, material price forecasts, subcontract, wage rates and risk analysis.
+ Maximize project cashflow, review customer invoices and minimize and reconcile unbilled balances.
+ Oversee subcontractor expenditures, tracking costs & fees against budget. Analyze cost trends and prepare monthly accruals.
+ Collaborate with Program Management and customers to achieve financial and contractual deliverables, developing presentations and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
+ Lead budget and forecast activities for the project, documenting assumptions and evaluating opportunities and risks.
+ Reconcile weekly, monthly, and cumulative costs and performance data and provide project variances, trending and analysis of expenditures, and completion reports.
+ Develop price/cost estimates using complex pricing concepts, applying FAR, CAS, and government accounting standards.
+ Establish financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.
+ Lead cross-functional teams, identify and implement process improvement initiatives, and provide mentoring and training while balancing multiple priorities and long-term objectives.
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field and 10+ years of financial analysis experience.
+ Demonstrated expertise in complex program management concepts (budgets, estimates to complete, project schedules, etc.).
+ Established command of financial accounting principles as they relate to U.S. GAAP.
+ Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Proficient knowledge in use of Deltek Costpoint, COBRA, COGNOS, Hyperion, Power BI.
+ Knowledge of standard government agency reporting requirements (NASA).
+ Familiar with NASA 533 reporting
