Publish proprietary equity research in industries aligned to the firm's Banking sectors exhibiting the firm's expertise in the sector.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Creating and publishing proprietary equity research content in designated industry with stock recommendations (Buy, Hold, Sell) to institutional buy-side clients.
2. Conduct due diligence and provide industry expertise for capital markets equity transactions and responsible for initiating C-suite corporate access resources to institutional equity clients.
3. Responsible for initiating C-suite corporate access resources to institutional equity clients including non- deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls.
4. Conduct independent industry assessments and company-specific research reports.
5. Involvement with corporate client relationships at the highest C- Level (CEO, President, COO, CFO, Director of Strategy, etc)
Level-specific duties:
1. Applies industry/market/product knowledge to drive revenue production and business growth.
2. Applies knowledge and experience, and advanced skills to independently conduct industry assessments and company-specific research reports.
3. Critical involvement with corporate client relationships at the highest C- Level (CEO, President, COO, CFO, Director of Strategy, etc)
4. Accumulate client votes from institutional clientele which are critical revenue drivers for the STRH platform.
5. Conducts critical due diligence execution in capital markets transactions and provides unique industry expertise.
6. Responsible for initiating C-suite corporate access resources to institutional equity clients including non-deal roadshows, conferences, field trips, bus tours, and conference calls.
7. Plays a key role in developing strategy and objectives for designated business area.
8. Mentors and coaches junior staff.
9. Applies highly developed risk management skills and sets the standard for risk management practices for assigned team; coaches team, and holds team accountable.
**Required Qualifications:**

- The annual base salary for this position in New York is $300,000

What role will you play?In this role, you will regularly report to the Investment and Valuation Committees as well as senior leadership, manage and challenge the valuation process of the funds, assist with financial modeling, analyze portfolio company performance, provide analysis and recommendations related to strategic capital allocation decisions, and manage external valuation reviews. You will also communicate across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including asset management, finance, client services and investor relations, other regional portfolio and strategy teams and investors. The Difference You Make:
The main function of the Sr. Specialist, Underwriting & Portfolio Management is to assist the Underwriter(s) in analyzing, processing and packaging commercial loans.
- Collects, packages, reviews and reconciles loan application documents including financial/credit exhibits under various underwriting programs.
- Orders and performs the preliminary review of all third party reports (appraisal, inspection and environmental) for compliance with guidelines.
- Analyzes, interprets and underwrites complex transactions in compliance with respective agency guidelines.
- Conducts detailed economic and demographic research to determine feasibility of transactions.
- Assists the underwriter in preparing and presenting comprehensive loan approval package to credit committee.
- Conducts inspections of physical assets.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or equivalent field. - Required.
3+ Years Related experience and/or training. - Required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficient with financial statements.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision.
- Ability to work well with others and on teams.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates strong judgment and sound credit skills.
- Knowledge of Federal banking regulations.

**Job Description**
+ Develop and execute a comprehensive M&A strategy aligned with the ATMRO organization's growth objectives tied to shop visit and new make engine output.
+ Identify potential acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships that align with the network's capacity and capability needs.
+ Lead cross-functional teams to conduct financial, operational, and strategic due diligence on potential targets.
+ Manage the end-to-end process of mergers, acquisitions, and business development deals, including negotiations, structuring, and closing transactions.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of acquired entities into the ATMRO network, focusing on operational efficiency and cultural alignment.
+ Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
