Demonstrated success in launching new products, managing product portfolios, and leading cross-functional teams is essential. Strong understanding of market research methodologies, consumer insights, and regulatory compliance within the FMCG space is critical. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are necessary. This hybrid position allows for a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, requiring regular presence in our Baltimore office for key project milestones and team interactions.
