  3. Communicate with internal and external customers to gain feedback on user experiences and opportunities, ensuring correct features are identified and prioritized.
  4. Assist in developing review processes for new ideas, concepts, design development, project management, and market introduction.

  6. Support the creation of product profiles, competitive analyses, presentations, demos, white papers, and updates for marketing.

  9. Collaborate with Finance on demand estimation, profitability, and pricing strategies.
  10. Present to the Senior Leadership team as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, technology, design, or equivalent experience.
  2. 7+ years in software product management.
  3. Experience in all phases of product management, from concept to launch and iteration.
  4. Understanding of product management best practices and methodologies.
  5. Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools.
  6. Knowledge of UI/UX prototyping tools (e.g., Mural, Figma) or ability to learn them.
  7. Result-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality products.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  9. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  10. Strong leadership skills to influence and inspire teams.

Working Conditions:

This is a hybrid role based in Kirkland, WA, in the Greater Seattle Area. Remote work may be considered for highly qualified candidates. The annual salary range is $110,700 - $184,500, depending on experience and location, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

Analyze market trends and develop competitive pricing strategies. Monitor price and unit growth trends, adjusting pricing tactics as needed to drive revenue and profitability. Responsible for building and updating annual Finance budget and Sales LOS and entering into the financial software systems.
  • Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track the performance of products post-launch, including sales, market share, market trends, competitive swings, and customer feedback, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential issues or risks related to market changes, launch, or market swings, and work to resolve them proactively.
  • Supply Chain: Manage market changes with internal supply chain team to forecast, adjust, and manage needed inventory to respond to changing markets and contract obligations.
  • Travel: 10 Percent

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in – Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on generic products.
  • Experience managing multiple products simultaneously and collaborating across departments.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and requirements, particularly for generic drugs (e.g., FDA, EMA).
  • Experience with product pricing strategies and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with the commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical industry, including marketing, sales, and distribution channels.
  • Experience in regulatory submissions and knowledge of the ANDA (Abbreviated New Drug Application) process for generics.
