+ Leads Automation of reporting creation through power query, windows tasks , Macros, SQL agent jobs, data refresh schedules
+ Develops in-depth understanding of business processes and how technologies can enable the processes
+ Works with stakeholders to develop specific, repeatable definitions of metrics.
+ Leads team members to adhere to established best practices, standards, and quality
+ Acts as a positive influence and role model on the team, contributes to team morale and success
+ Provides data requests through ad-hoc queries
+ Provides support and guidance to end users
+ Informs key stakeholders of potential issues related to errors and trends
+ Provides great customer service to our business partners
+ Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science, business, mathematics, economics, statistics, management, accounting or in a related field or equivalent experience required
+ 2+ years' experience in the IT
+ Advanced working knowledge of Power BI (Create Visualizations, Knowledge of DAX Language, ability to Model Data, etc.)
+ Relational database skills using SQL Server
+ TSQL Programming experience required
+ Advanced knowledge of Excel (Power Query, Macros, Automation of reporting)
+ Capable of learning new technology in a fast paced environment.
+ Ability to analyze system and process related issues and offer solutions
+ Strong customer service and communication skills required
+ Must be able to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a strong attention to detail
+ Advanced computer proficiency required and proficiency in Windows XP Professional, Microsoft
+ Office suite software programs, internet usage, and learning program design systems and software
+ Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
