Position Summary:
The selling floor associate performs all merchandising tasks designed to make merchandise appealing to the customer. The selling floor associate also greets and assists customers to provide excellent customer service.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Merchandise replenishment and presentation
- Monitoring the fitting room
- Ticketing and in - store signing
- Keeping the store clean , well-stocked and clutter free
- Ringing a cash register and bagging when required.

SALES PARTNER DUTIES
- Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.

Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez' visit method to cover any teammate as needed.

Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines for merchandising.

Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management team.

Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times?
What can you expect from us ?

The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

Become one of our Sales Associate by fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building and maintaining displays and partnering up with nationally recognized customers such as Walmart, Publix, Giant and more . Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, b elVita , Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among other delicious industry-leading snacks.
What are the m ain responsibilities ?

Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez' visit method to cover any teammate as needed.

Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines for merchandising.

Ensure Sales Representative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelez management team.

Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient in-store service.

Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked, rotated and presentable at all times?
What can you expect from us ?

The base salary range for this position is $31,300 to $54,400; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.

In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking the store's shelves.

Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Indianapolis, IN

Ability to drive to secondary locations: Carmel, Fishers and Noblesville, IN
