HOTEL REVIVAL is hiring for a Social Sales Manager

Hotel Revival is 107 key art-centric boutique hotel located in Baltimore's historic Mount Vernon neighborhood, home to 19th-century architecture, lush parks, iconic churches, galleries, restaurants, and cultural venues. It embodies Baltimore by showcasing local products, the city's history, and native cuisine. This award-winning property is internationally recognized for its commitment to the ongoing restoration of Baltimore and its success in social impact.

What you'll do:
  • Consistently achieve budget by securing new business and maintaining a repeat client list through rapport building and account management
  • Regularly meet with potential clients and planners to conduct tours of the property and review available services; entertain clients on property, lead site inspections, pre-planning trips, and program operations when appropriate
  • Negotiate group rates, food and beverage pricing, meeting room rental, AV rental, and other hotel services
  • Establish and maintain contacts with top and target accounts through phone calls, tours, appointments, correspondence, and entertainment
  • Maintain detailed and meticulously organized account files, system profiles, and accurate system data
  • Respond to all leads, RFPs, and other sources of potential business opportunities on time
  • Network with client prospects to determine decision-makers
  • Participate in the hotel's weekly resume and BEO meetings to review upcoming events with the operations team
  • Participate in sales blitzes and brainstorming sessions to increase outbound sales results for the hotel's business
  • Assist in the development and implementation of special projects as assigned
