Summary:
As a Junior Program Manager (SAP), you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of SAP projects under the direction of the SAP Program Manager. Responsibilities:
- Support the SAP Program Manager in coordinating and monitoring the execution of SAP implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
- Assist in project planning activities including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare status reports, and help manage project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation planning.
- Monitor and support change management activities related to SAP projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, governance frameworks, and best practices in project execution.

Qualification:

Reporting to the Senior Director of Information Technology, the SAP Manager will provide leadership and direction to 4+ SAP team members. Manage all IT application-based projects (SAP and auxiliary applications and systems) throughout their lifecycle. Manage a team in the Information Technology Department which includes the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team. Provide leadership to the application development and support team by building team skills and motivating team members to meet project goals, responsibilities and project milestones. Recommend, define, implement, and support applications that are aligned with business and IT strategies. Direct projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and matrix partners. Accountable for defining, planning, orchestrating, and delivering given strategic initiatives. - Responsibilities include leading, developing and supporting the SAP Functional team resulting in optimal customer service.
- Appropriately build internal credibility with Information Technology team, stakeholders from internal customers and company leadership.

- Effectively lead resources that are direct reports plus individuals who do not have direct reporting relationships either inside or outside IT. When necessary, work with their supervisors to address any issues including availability and performance.
