We're growing our App & Strategic Integration team and looking for a Full stack Software Engineer who thrives in building scalable, cloud-native web applications. You'll work across the full stack to support the Zoom Apps ecosystem and help shape seamless in-meeting experiences across Zoom Meeting, Webinar, Chat, and Phone.

Responsibilities

  • Scaling distributed web applications, making architectural trade-offs, and applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns.

  • Owning the end-to-end development of the BuiltByZoom progressive web application, from prototyping to production.

  • Writing clean, maintainable code, and championing Test-Driven Development to ensure robust, well-tested features.

  • Partnering with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into timely, high-quality releases.

  • Iterating quickly on real-time audio/video communication solutions in the browser to validate new ideas.

  • Fostering a supportive team environment through open communication, respect, empathy, and accountability.

  • Staying current with emerging technologies and advocating for standards that improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity.

What we're looking for

  • Showcase a profound mastery of Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Django/Python web frameworks acquired through extensive practical experience

  • Demonstrate expertise in developing single-page and progressive web applications.

  • Have excellent SQL skills and familiarity with relational database design.

  • Be hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform for containers and orchestration.

  • Have experience deploying and operating services on AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.

  • Be comfortable applying MVC, MVVM, and microservices architectures.

  • Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindset

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$87 600,00

Maximum:

$186 000,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Apple is looking for a software engineer to enhance, develop and maintain internal tools, applications, and reporting systems. In this highly visible role, you will have the responsibility of ensuring that Apple's world class Silicon Engineering Group will have the infrastructure and tools needed to engineer and design the worlds most advanced silicon devices and products. You will utilize your experience in software design, application development, and server administration to enhance and develop monitoring tools, systems automation tools, and associated multi-tier web applications.
**Description**
You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Developing and fostering partnerships with cross-functional teams is key to long-term success. The person filling this position must be a hands-on, pro-active, self-motivated developer with strong initiative and a desire to succeed in a challenging environment. As a senior contributor, you will demonstrate technical leadership by championing DevOps practices and implementing sophisticated infrastructure as code solutions that support our large distributed environment. You'll be expected to provide architectural guidance, mentor junior team members, and demonstrate expertise in both infrastructure management and full stack web development. Your advanced knowledge will drive best practices and innovation across projects while balancing technical excellence with business requirements.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Minimum requirement of BS + 10 years of relevant industry experience.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Strong experience in full stack web development
+ Proficient with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to Ruby, Go, Python and Typescript
+ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles, and object oriented programming
+ Experience with REST APIs
+ Experience with front end javascript frameworks and tools -- React, Vite
+ Experience with revision control software -- Git, SVN
+ Experience with Linux is desired
+ Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment tools
+ Familiarity with containers and container orchestration is a plus
