Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Software Engineering Scientist (Level 6) Software Systems Architect for a team developing electronic warfare software systems and solutions.
This role requires a candidate for independently developing software and systems architectures for Electronic Warfare data capture, processing, exploitation, and management. Prior experience is required with Model Based Systems Engineering, Electronic Warfare Systems, and the development of on-premise enterprise systems.
Close coordination with systems engineering, end users, and other disciplines is required to shape requirements, guide development, and architect solutions that solve real-world problems in the Electronic Warfare data management domain. Assistance with proposal development and estimation will also be required. International travel will be necessary to meet end-users, customers and other stakeholders. Prior tactical and/or operational experience within an Armed Forces branch in a technical intelligence discipline is also desired.

Qualifications:

**Developing and Evaluating Models:**
+ Creating and refining mathematical and computer-based models to simulate the behavior of complex systems, often in areas like aerospace, defense, advanced computing, or telecommunications.
**Data Analysis and Interpretation:**
+ Analyzing simulation results to assess system performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize designs.
**Simulation Execution and Management:**
+ Running simulations, managing data, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the simulation environment.
+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues with a strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of problems and implement effective solutions.
**System Design and Optimization:**
+ Using simulation results to inform system design decisions and optimize performance parameters.

**Collaboration and Communication:**
