Essential Job Functions:
- Meet & Greet customers
- Assist customers with product selection and sales
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Process orders and take payment via POS system
- Setup customer deliveries
- Establish sales leads from customers
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and product visibility
- Maintain retail stock levels on products
- Monthly product & sales review with Branch Manager
- Participate in progressive training on current and new product lines
- Complete product knowledge testing
- Prepare sample boxes for customers- washed and cleaned material
- Establish sales leads from customers
- Must be proficient with computers
- Must have cash handling experience
- Ability to work rotational Saturday's.off every Sunday
- Must have proper phone & email etiquette
