What You Will Accomplish

The Cyber Security Manager is a critical member of the NBC Universal Consumer Product Security Organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders within the Global Streaming and Cyber Security businesses.
NBC Universal takes a threat-centric, intelligence-forward view of Cyber Security, so this position requires a security professional with experience in proactive defense and the technical and business acumen to translate that insight into a tactical roadmap. The Cyber Security Manager will build strong relationships with the Global Streaming leadership, and supporting teams to assess business practices, identify gaps in security controls and lead development and execution of cyber security strategies. A successful candidate is expected to effectively engage with Cyber Security leadership, Global Streaming teams, internal audit, clients and regulators. This role requires the candidate to communicate the importance of key NBC Universal Cyber Security programs and services to obtain support, trust, and buy-in from business partners.
Responsibilities:
+ Understand the business workflows and engage with business leadership and teams to identify risks and business-aware mitigation strategies.
+ Leverage technical experience to advise technical and business stakeholders in Cyber best practices.
+ Conduct risk assessments across the business environments to identify gaps in security controls and opportunities for holistic security reviews.
+ Partner with business leadership and service owners on the execution of the Cyber and Consumer Product Security strategy; proactively addressing the needs of the business to consistently meet or exceed established levels of security.
+ Provide Cyber Security thought leadership, influence, and counsel, with an understanding of business culture, audience and climate.
+ Effectively articulate the threat landscape to business stakeholders and how cyber security's strategy is aligned to defend against these threats.
+ Bridge individual security engineering assessments, compliance status and incident reports to calibrate the priorities. Look beyond the individual results to find overarching messages - both successes and shortcomings - and identify the critical needle moving efforts
+ Track and coordinate Cyber Security involvement in technical and business driven technology projects and security remediations.
+ Partner with security incident response team to resolve and close the investigation of incidents with postmortem and remediation plans.
+ Support and develop business-relevant metrics and key performance indicators supporting the measurement of Cyber security program maturity.

As a part of the Advertising & Partnerships Peacock Insights team, the Senior Director, Streaming Insights, will play a key role in supporting high-profile initiatives that make a tangible impact.
You will manage a team that utilizes diverse set of datasets to lead analyses that advise cross-functional decision-making in Peacock's ad strategy and uncover insights essential to driving revenue growth of Peacock and the NBCUniversal Media Group. Areas of focus include - marketplace positioning strategy, ad innovation measurement, proving business outcomes for advertising clients, and cross-functional advertising strategy.
You will act as a thought leader, playing an active role in turning data into actionable insights that inform the positioning strategy for Peacock in the ad sales marketplace, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive innovation across the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Develop the insights roadmap for Peacock ad sales marketplace positioning and oversee the execution of analyses in support of that vision
+ Lead on establishing measurement strategy for new ad innovations and synthesize learnings about performance, identifying room for growth
+ Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders within Ad Sales, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, to deliver analyses that tie directly to informing their strategic decisions
+ Champion the development of new metrics and data sets that will support Peacock's ability to win dollars in a competitive ad sales marketplace
+ Execute custom research to help uncover compelling consumer insights about the evolving video and advertising marketplace
+ Consult with advertising clients on latest trends in streaming video and provide recommendations on how to optimize performance
+ Synthesize data into easy-to-consume storylines for both internal and external audiences
+ Supervise, develop, and retain a best-in-class team of researchers
+ Effectively communicate and present findings to peers, key stakeholders, external clients and executive leadership

+ 8+ years of experience in insights, strategy, consulting or a related function
+ 5+ years working in measurement, analytics or insights at a streaming platform or ad tech provider
+ Expertise in Adobe, Nielsen, comScore, Antenna or other streaming industry measurement
+ Strong working knowledge of first-party streaming data and audience targeting approaches/ techniques
+ Hands-on experience in campaign analytics and/or ad effectiveness studies with partner vendors (e.g., MarketCast, Kantar, Dynata, VideoAmp, iSpot, LiveRamp, Circana etc.) required
+ Ability to interpret stakeholder needs and remain focused on business impact while also deeply understanding data and analytical methods
+ Proficient in leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines effectively
+ Experience crafting compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell meaningful stories with data
+ Expert Excel skills and experience compiling, transforming, and modeling data in workbooks
