- Lead work intake across all of Digital Channels Development teams
- Act as member of Digital Channels Leadership team by helping manage strategic partners through key Agile Metrics and KPIs

- 1+ years’ experience managing direct reports preferred.

The compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).

**Compensation and Benefits**

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Manager, Project Management to lead a team responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of client-facing SaaS implementation projects. This role will focus on people leadership, project governance, stakeholder management, sales assistance, and cross-functional alignment. **Responsibilities**
+ Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding projects.
+ Drive team performance through clear expectations, coaching, and professional development.
+ Foster a collaborative, client-focused, and execution-oriented team culture.
+ Enforce consistent project governance practices across all engagements.
+ Project sponsor larger enterprise engagements and align with customer project sponsors to ensure shared success
+ Monitor project health across the portfolio; proactively address risks and remove roadblocks.
