What You'll Do:
* Define and document product experience requirements in partnership with business and customer-facing stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Care, etc.).
* Lead business transformation initiatives to deliver impactful product and platform improvements.
* Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring customer-centric design and persona experience mapping.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, technology, and business teams to identify gaps, define requirements, and design solutions.
* Own the experience strategy for product onboarding, capability development, and channel/segment activation on FMO technology platforms.
* Break down solutions into features and phase delivery using SAFe Agile principles.
* Drive alignment across teams to unify efforts toward a common vision of future-state technology.
* Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog of projects for the team to deliver.
What You Bring:
* 5+ years of experience with product/platforms, preferably in transformation, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong understanding of customer-centric design, persona experience mapping, and platform transformation within a SAFe Agile environment.
* Exceptional analytical, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
* Ability to quickly ramp into unfamiliar technical, regulatory, or operational areas with minimal support.
* Comfortable leading through uncertainty and delivering value quickly.
