**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Technology Deployment & Implementation
+ Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of technology rollouts across multiple base locations, ensuring modern, secure, and standardized solutions like updated hardware, cloud-integrated systems, and end-user devices.
+ Deliver and communicate deployments on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring IT assets remain current and aligned with organizational goals for performance and security.
+ Develop and maintain detailed deployment roadmaps, timelines, life cycles, and resource allocation plans to drive efficient and standardized technology adoption.
+ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal development teams to ensure seamless delivery of innovative solutions that enhance operational capabilities.
Stakeholder & Team Management
+ Lead and mentor a high-performing team of deployment technicians and engineers, fostering a collaborative culture through coaching, skill development, and performance feedback (minimum 5 years of IT experience with proven leadership required).
+ Act as a hands-on leader, stepping in to troubleshoot deployment issues or support critical tasks when needed to ensure successful rollouts.

Project & Process Management

**Minimum Education and/or Experience:**

As an Workday Senior Associate, you'll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Modernization Practice - all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.
From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Technology Modernization team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.
Your day-to-day may include:
+ Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases
+ Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals
+ Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing
+ Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption
+ Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment
+ Provide post-production support
+ Participate in full life cycle implementations
+ Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
+ Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)
+ Other duties as assigned
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master's degree is a plus
+ Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
+ Minimum of 1 full life cycle implementations of Workday
+ Industry recognized professional certification required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
+ Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications
+ Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications
+ Exposure or training on Workday Applications
+ Knowledge of Workday Applications
+ Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
+ Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
AI Strategy & Technical Leadership
+ Develop and articulate a clear AI vision and roadmap aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
+ Champion the adoption and integration of AI initiatives across the organization to create business value.
+ Collaborate with executive leadership to secure resources, set priorities, and measure performance against objectives.
+ Serve as a subject-matter expert in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science best practices.

Technology Delivery

+ Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching to foster professional growth.
+ Cultivate a collaborative, innovative, and data-driven culture that values continuous learning and improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement, Partner Management & Communication
+ Communicate complex technical concepts and research results to non-technical D&T and Enterprise stakeholders, including senior leadership and partners.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Data Science Teams etc.) to identify opportunities and ensure alignment of AI projects.
+ Provide regular status updates, performance metrics, and ROI analyses of AI initiatives.

EDUCATION:
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
+ Master's or PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related discipline is highly preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
+ 10+ years of leadership experience in managing high-performing technical teams, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
+ 8+ years of progressive experience in Technical Leadership with proven expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science delivering projects with scale from design to production.
+ Strong background in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and algorithm development.
+ Strong Expertise in strategic planning and resource management for the implementation of large-scale delivery, inclusive of oversight into testing cycles (i.e. SIT, E2E, Regression, Performance) with teams.
+ 5+ years of experience in a large Information Technology, complex, multi-year and multi-location projects and programs
