**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** The Director, Marketing Technology leads the strategy and management of our current marketing tech stack and owns the coordinated upgrade and implementation of marketing automation, reporting and data analysis capabilities. This position will translate the marketing vision into a technology roadmap to meet Sedgwick's vision and key objectives.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:**
+ Develop and implement the marketing technology strategy ensuring alignment with the overall Marketing and Sedgwick's initiatives.
+ Lead Administration of all current marketing tools including email, web design, automation, digital, measurement and SEO (e.g., Act-On, Crazy Egg, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Sprout Social, Wrike and Genius Monkey)
+ Develop new strategies to replace existing tools or enhance existing capabilities.
+ Evaluate marketing processes and apply best in class tools to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Prepare technical and functional evaluation of current CRM capabilities and recommend new tools or processes if needed.
+ Drive the integration of AI and automation technologies.
+ Train internal users on tools to achieve strategic objectives.
+ Educate teams on best practices for analysis and technology by staying current on emerging marketing, GTM technologies and use cases
+ Plan the extraction and use of data from tools into other systems to meet key objectives.
+ Work Cross functionally with CDO, CIO, Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance and Client Services to ensure tools are integrated with larger Sedgwick tech stack strategy and plans.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Engineering or a related field
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology.
Experience creating a martech vision and roadmap for a B2B company. 10+ years overall experience.
Experience leading martech transformation initiatives and driving change within a marketing organization
Experience in B2B website evaluation, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

They will work with project leadership and technology stakeholders to ensure transparency of request intake and solution delivery status throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities:
Facilitate technology delivery for medium to large-scale EPC projects to ensure project technology is delivered in accordance with scope, budget, and schedule defined in project plans.
Oversee project technology requests from inception to completion ensuring all work products are delivered
Prepare and communicate project technology plans and maintain transparency of delivery status throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure project technology scope and budget is defined, controlled and managed through changes
Coordinate activities to obtain appropriate approvals and signoffs for unplanned project work requests
Shephard relationships with operational and technical teams through collaboration and communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Construction, Partners, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Owners to ensure technology requirements are defined, stakeholders are aligned, and solutions are delivered according to expectations.
Define, support, and recommend standards and work practices to enable and govern efficient project technology services collaboration, solution development, and delivery.
Initiate and maintain contact with internal and external clients for clarification, escalation, negotiation and resolution of critical issues.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Technology, Construction Science, Information Systems/Computer Science or similar; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
A minimum of five (5) years experience in multi-discipline projects within the EPC industry in business analysis, systems administration, project management or similar roles.
A strong understanding of EPC project workflow and lifecycle as well as corresponding project data lifecycles.
Working knowledge of project execution systems and integrations, advanced work packaging, and jobsite infrastructure as it relates to EPC projects.
Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, presentation, and writing skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to lead non-direct reports
Adept at interpreting complex data, information, and documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure, have crucial conversations, and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to manage through a high level of ambiguity and multiple requests from a variety of sources.
Ability to occasionally work off-hours as required to support international partners and job sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum, or Azure DevOps techniques.
Project Management or Business Analyst certification
Experience with process improvement and facilitation
Working knowledge of software development techniques, methodologies, tools, and best practices

This is an exciting and fulfilling opportunity with Zachry Groups Projects Technology Systems team. We are looking for a motivated individual eager to contribute and learn. The Projects Technology Delivery Manager is the primary Enterprise Technology contact for Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) projects. The position is responsible for intake of project technology related requests to be solutioned and delivered by Zachry Enterprise Technology. Technology requests may be wide-ranging including but not limited to site connectivity setup, mobile device acquisition, application deployment, system integration, data orchestration, and dashboard development. They will work with project leadership and technology stakeholders to ensure transparency of request intake and solution delivery status throughout the project life cycle. The position will serve as a high-level role supporting technology needs across multiple projects and locations.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate technology delivery for medium to large-scale EPC projects to ensure project technology is delivered in accordance with scope, budget, and schedule defined in project plans.
Oversee project technology requests from inception to completion ensuring all work products are delivered
Prepare and communicate project technology plans and maintain transparency of delivery status throughout the project life cycle.
Ensure project technology scope and budget is defined, controlled and managed through changes
Coordinate activities to obtain appropriate approvals and signoffs for unplanned project work requests
Shephard relationships with operational and technical teams through collaboration and communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT, Engineering, Construction, Partners, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Owners to ensure technology requirements are defined, stakeholders are aligned, and solutions are delivered according to expectations.
Define, support, and recommend standards and work practices to enable and govern efficient project technology services collaboration, solution development, and delivery.
Initiate and maintain contact with internal and external clients for clarification, escalation, negotiation and resolution of critical issues.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering Technology, Construction Science, Information Systems/Computer Science or similar; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree
A minimum of five (5) years experience in multi-discipline projects within the EPC industry in business analysis, systems administration, project management or similar roles.
A strong understanding of EPC project workflow and lifecycle as well as corresponding project data lifecycles.
Working knowledge of project execution systems and integrations, advanced work packaging, and jobsite infrastructure as it relates to EPC projects.
Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, presentation, and writing skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to lead non-direct reports
Adept at interpreting complex data, information, and documents with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work under pressure, have crucial conversations, and maintain positive working relationships
Ability to manage through a high level of ambiguity and multiple requests from a variety of sources.
Ability to occasionally work off-hours as required to support international partners and job sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum, or Azure DevOps techniques.
Project Management or Business Analyst certification
Experience with process improvement and facilitation
Working knowledge of software development techniques, methodologies, tools, and best practices
Physical Demands:
Employee will be required to communicate in person or via telephone, email, or other digital communication; Visual acuity (corrected or uncorrected) must allow clear visibility from a distance of 20 inches or less; use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely.
Moderate domestic and, potentially, some international travel required.
Work Environment:
Will work in a contemporary office space with an open layout. Capable of operating in a fast-paced work environment. Our corporate campus includes an on-site café, fitness center, outdoor fitness facilities, and clinic with a certified nurse practitioner. **Compensation range:** The salary range for this position is: $114,080- $218,030 **.**
