The IT Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for all information-technology operations supporting International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. with a single headquarters site and a geographically dispersed, largely remote employee base. The environment is anchored in a Microsoft 365 GCC High tenant, supplemented by on-premises networking, FedRAMP-authorized SaaS platforms, and limited Azure Government IaaS workloads.
The role balances day-to-day service delivery (help desk, infrastructure, security, and compliance) with longer-term technology road-mapping and budget stewardship to ensure the organization meets mission, contractual, and regulatory obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a 3-year IT roadmap aligned to corporate objectives, CMMC 2.0 and NIST SP 800-171 compliance.
- Prepare and manage the annual IT operating and capital budgets; track ROI and total cost of ownership for cloud services and hardware refresh cycles.
- Serve as tenant Global Administrator; configure and maintain Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Implement Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, sensitivity labels, retention policies, eDiscovery, DLP, and Advanced Audit.
- Oversee Intune endpoint management (Windows 10/11, iOS/iPadOS, Android, macOS) for on-prem and remote users.
- Assist in the maintaining of the System Security Plan (SSP), Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), and continuous monitoring activities for DFARS , CMMC Level 2, and ITAR data handling.
- Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and periodic penetration tests; coordinate with the Facility Security Officer (FSO) on insider-threat and reporting requirements.
- Manage Microsoft Sentinel (or equivalent SIEM) for log aggregation and correlation.
- Maintain HQ local-area network (firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, Wi-Fi, VoIP) and site-to-site VPN or ExpressRoute connectivity to GCC High.
- Administer DNS, DHCP, and certificate services in an Azure Gov configuration.
- Establish and test disaster-recovery and business-continuity plans, leveraging Azure Site Recovery and Microsoft 365 backups.
- Deploy self-service knowledge articles and automated onboarding/off-boarding workflows (e.g., Power Automate, Entra ID identity lifecycle).
- Evaluate, select, and manage FedRAMP Moderate/High authorized SaaS and IaaS providers; negotiate renewals and ensure data-processing addenda meet U.S. Government flow-down clauses.
- Produce SOPs, network diagrams, configuration baselines, and executive dashboards.
- Deliver user-friendly security-awareness and M365 productivity training to maximize adoption and reduce risk.
- Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

David Weekley Homes is seeking a hands-on Manager of Information Technology focusing on IT infrastructure to include Azure, Meraki, Microsoft technology stack, backups, Etc. Additional experience in Security, PenTesting, patch management would be ideal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

IT Team Leadership: Direct and support the IT team by providing clear guidance, ongoing training, and mentorship to team members. Conduct regular performance evaluations and actively contribute to their professional growth and development.

Strategic Leadership: Plan, develop, and implement mid-term IT strategies to support organizational growth and technological advancements. Create and execute a strategic operational plan that ensures consistent system uptime, robust security, and efficient day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Oversee IT Infrastructure: Manage and maintain all aspects of IT systems—including servers, networks, hardware, and cloud platforms—ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security across the organization. Data Backup and Recovery: Develop and manage comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure the security, integrity, and recoverability of company data in the event of a system failure.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in IT management, technical support, or a related role.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly technical Manager of Information Technology (IT) to lead and support all aspects of our IT operations in a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This individual will oversee internal IT support (Helpdesk), corporate infrastructure (on-prem and cloud), endpoint management, network security, and ensure high system availability and performance across a globally distributed workforce.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex IT systems, vendors, and a team of technical support professionals.
Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Helpdesk Leadership

Lead the internal IT Helpdesk team, ensuring timely support for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues across the organization.

Manage service level agreements (SLAs), incident response, and escalations.

Implement and continuously optimize ITIL-based processes (incident, change, asset, and configuration management).
Infrastructure & Systems Management
-
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure, including:

Servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
-
Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, Office 365/Azure AD
-
Corporate firewalls, switches, routers, and VPNs
-
Cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments

Maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.
Security & Compliance

Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with cybersecurity best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

Lead annual compliance audits.

Manage endpoint protection, MDM, MFA, and vulnerability management.

Work closely with 3rd party consultants and internal engineering teams to secure internal networks and customer-facing services.
Telecom IT Environment Support

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support telecom-specific systems (e.g., OSS/BSS platforms, SIP/VoIP infrastructure, NMS/EMS tools).

Maintain uptime and support for telecom-related applications, test labs, and secure provisioning tools.
Team & Vendor Management

Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT support and infrastructure team.

Technical Qualifications

Prior experience in a telecom or managed services provider (MSP) environment.
