Qualifications:
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, higher education required.
  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support in a multi-unit environment is highly preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing an enterprise IT team, including service/help desk, system administrators and MSP.
  • Excellent knowledge of managing Enterprise Networking stack, Cloud Infrastructure, UCAAS/CAAS solutions, Conference Room Technologies, and Physical Security Technologies.

THE ROLE

You'll play a pivotal role working directly with our Senior Director of IT to design to implement and scale the systems that keep our people productive, secure, and ready for rapid growth. You'll manage our lab environment computers and networks for specialized manufacturing and life science instruments, support enterprise software selection and implementation, and support Cambium's AI-driven science and operations with robust systems, secure architecture, and smart processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle of Windows and MacOS devices
• Design and manage MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf strongly preferred)
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Exchange
• Manage Windows Server and Linux administration (setup, maintenance, patching, backups)
• Design and maintain secure network architecture (switches, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi); Experience with Ubiquiti a plus
• Support lab environment computers and networks for manufacturing and scientific R&D instruments
• Plan and deploy new enterprise software and IT services, from requirements to rollout
• Manage vendors for hardware, software, networking, and SaaS
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues across office and labs
• Oversee IT helpdesk/ticketing and user support systems
• Support defense-grade security, compliance, and documentation

KEY REQUIREMENTS
• 3-6 years in IT administration and operations
• Proven experience with Windows/Mac provisioning and support
• Strong MDM skills (Intune, Jamf)
• Advanced Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Exchange admin skills
• Hands-on Windows Server and Linux admin experience
• Deep knowledge of network design and security (switches, firewalls, VLANs)
• Familiarity with modern database architecture and secure, scalable data systems
• Experience managing lab IT environments and specialized instruments
• Track record of end-to-end IT system implementation and rollouts
• Strong troubleshooting across devices, networks, and infrastructure
• Solid vendor management for hardware, software, and services
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams
• ERP or Salesforce certification and experience a plus
• Passion for new tech, hardware, and scientific advances, you make systems faster, smarter, and more secure.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident (DoD compliance)
• On-site in El Segundo most days with some flexibility for recurring hybrid work.

SALARY

$90,000-$120,000 annually

The Information Digital Technology and Security (IDT&S) Product Support Organization has an opportunity for an Application Development Manager. This organization supports the Space Mission Systems, and the manager will manage and coordinate activities that include 30 applications supporting Satellite development and production. The manager will work with program engineering, functional product managers, internal product/project managers, and other teammates to ensure the quality of delivered products and services that meet standards and supports business objectives.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Develops and monitors metrics which identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities; and execute program plans
+ Communicates with the Business, Business Partners, and other IT teams across the enterprise
+ Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
+ Develops and executes project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and sets operational goals
+ Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
