10X Health is searching for a Supply Chain Director to ensure the smooth flow of services from suppliers to customers, optimizing the entire supply chain network for efficiency, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. This role will be integral in enabling the entire business to scale effectively and efficiently. Day-to-day, this person will oversee all key vendor relationships (labs, suppliers, etc.), ensuring sufficient inventory of products and services, coupled with adherence to SLA TATs. Additionally, this role will be responsible for troubleshooting issues within the supply chain, partnering closely with our Operations and Customer Experience teams to drive alignment and visibility into customer impact. This role requires a person to possess an analytical mindset, coupled with a strong operational skill set around supply chain and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a practical, business-oriented approach to problem-solving, coupled with significant experience in scaling a supply chain.

Objectives
  • Oversee and manage all key vendor relationships (e.g. Lab partners, supplement suppliers, etc.)
  • Develop reporting for each vendor relationship to track adherence to SLAs and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure a seamless, highly scalable supply-chain through ongoing demand forecasting, supplier relationship management, inventory management, logistics, order fulfillment, and customer services
  • Collaborate with Operations and Customer Experience teams to troubleshoot customer-facing issues within the supply chain
  • Develop demand forecasting models and maintain inventory reports
  • Identify opportunities to renegotiate or improve key terms of vendor agreements

GENERAL MISSIONS

MANAGE the SUPPLIES AND THE FORECAST OF THE RESORTS

  • Supervise, challenge and optimize supply plans with teams for the entire Supply Chain including 2 logisticians and 4 Procurers/Demand Planners
  • Coordinate and synthesize consumption forecasts.
  • Secure resort openings and closures.
  • Oversee and guarantee:
  • Resort service rates
  • Contractual agreements signed with freight forwarders.
  • Club Med's Purchasing & Supply Chain procedures,
  • Food safety standards (ex: Hurricane products to buy)
  • Ensure the monitoring, management and optimization of the logistic flows of his/her entire perimeter, including leading the Mise en Place campaigns for PMH orders twice a year.
  • Communicate with the departments concerned: Operations, Buyers, Products & Services department, about:
  • Forecasts, service rates, disruptions
  • The budget monitoring, value of stocks.
  • Ongoing improvement plans.
  • Manage and optimize the performance of suppliers in conjunction with his manager and in cooperation with the referent buyers:
  • Organize regular meetings with suppliers with a view to continuous improvement and integration of our supply chains
  • Animate the feedback of the procurers about the suppliers: disputes to be registered in the database of incidents in Coupa
  • Follow and provide solutions on the handling of disputes with suppliers
  • Organize performance reviews with suppliers, Warehouse Supervisors, Operations, Buyers.

IMPROVE THE LEVEL OF LOGISTICS SERVICE OF THE resorts in on going basis

  • Manage the resort logistics activity: indicators of management and assessment resort (using tools like Coupa and Power Bi)
  • Organize all onboarding, training, seminars and other sessions necessary for resorts in collaboration with the International Supply chain Team (called GPS team), Training Team called UDT, Purchasing, .
  • Regularly carry out monitoring points of the resort activity (risks, blocking points, areas for improvement, malfunctions suppliers .)
  • Ensure compliance and consistency of procedures and best practices.
  • Organization of storage spaces and inventory management
  • Logistics processes.

Reporting & DIAGNOSTIC supply

  • Regularly present his/her activity, especially during training reviews.

Construction projects /renovation projects

  • Participate in renovation / construction projects related to buyers and procurers.
  • Lead the supply chain teams to provide the right recommendations regarding infrastructure and equipment needs.
  • Maintain the infrastructure and equipment repository on behalf of construction.
  • Animate the supply chain teams to plan and prepare the openings of new resorts: setting up teams, training, creation of product catalogs, placing of installation orders, capacity calculation and smoothing of loads, follow-up of deliveries, reception .

CATALOG MANAGEMENT AND PROCURE-TO-PAY TOOL Management (Coupa):

  • Supervise the 2 Logisticians in charge of the updating of Suppliers catalogs in Coupa

  • Ensure with Buyers the accuracy of Data
  • Train his/her team in COUPA use and fully use the functionalities to improve business, including the use of Power Bi for KPIs analysis

This position involves moderately to difficult professional and technical work in transportation planning under general supervision. Provides investigations, and preliminary recommendations on current transportation planning projects. Including the transportation master plan, transit development, bicycle and pedestrian safety and mobility plan.

Support studies and planning activities related to multi-modal transportation projects.

Designs less complex projects.

Conduct transportation and land use related research.

Researches and investigates variables which may affect projects.

Coordinates with various transportation agencies and City departments for planning studies.

Prepares and reviews preliminary, final plans, preliminary cost estimates, and specifications.

Prepares grant applications and monitors program activities under way.

Conducts field surveys and inspections.

Gathers and correlates preliminary data and information.

Assists in the analysis and interpretation of moderately difficult data pertaining to the formulation of a transportation plan, and transit routes.

Perform technical analysis utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) modeling tools.

Assists in the formulation of financial and legal documents and/or contracts for assigned projects between the City and other agencies.

Minimum Requirements

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities

  • The Lieutenant will provide supervision, guidance and on-the-job training to improve Detention Officer Skills, reinforcing the critical nature of the Detention Officer's responsibilities.

  • Responsible for assuring consistent delivery of service regardless of shift or location, for taking immediate action to correct problems detected and for responding whenever called upon.

  • Maintain full staffing by filling any open posts with reserve or stand-by personnel and managing "call-offs" due to illness or other reasons.

  • Brief Detention Officers during muster and post checks regarding any changes in Post Orders, or any unusual or emergency situations.

  • Conduct on-the-job training to correct deficiencies in Detention Officer Performance, or to strengthen and refresh Detention Officer knowledge of critical skills and issues.

  • Report any emergency situation to the COTR and Akal Security management.

  • Conduct administrative investigations of criminal and non-criminal incidents to include personal injury and traffic accidents.

  • Document incidents with complete and accurate verbal and written reports.

  • Review the sign-in/out sheets to ensure proper timekeeping by Detention Officers.

  • Manage break schedules and ensuring that all Detention Officers receive breaks and proper relief.

  • Provide oversight and management and direct reporting of detainee counts.

  • Assist detention officer's deal with any incident of disturbance or lack of cooperation from a detainee.

  • Inspect every area of the facility where detainees are present, at least once per shift.

  • Assume duties of Captain in Captain's absence.

Operations:

  • Responsible for the operational functions and duties required in operating a detention center; including detention, processing, administration and transportation operations as required in the contract.

  • Provide effective leadership and supervision of all subordinate personnel.

  • Schedule adequate staffing for all assigned posts and assure that minimum manning standards are maintained.

  • Ensure duties are accomplished as directed in the contract. Perform other duties as assigned.

Reporting:

  • Furnish a manifest of all detainees under Supervisory Detention Officer's jurisdiction and insure the safe and effective control of all detainees in the facility, 24 hours a day.

  • Provides other written and oral reports as required or needed.

Leadership/ Supervision:

  • Inspire and motivate employees to perform duties to ensure contract compliance.

  • Ensure Detention Officers are trained on the expectations and requirements of their duties.

  • Provide timely and ongoing feedback on employee job performance.

  • Motivate and provide recognition to exemplary employees.

  • Discipline detention officers who are negligent or disregard standard operating procedures, policies, standards, regulations and/or contractual requirements.

  • Participate in interviewing candidates for detention officer positions.

Quality Assurance:

  • Enforce American Correctional Association (ACA) and ICE National Detention Standards, policies, procedures and orders related to the custody, care and treatment of detainees.

  • Conduct daily quality assurance inspections of their areas of responsibility, including detention facilities, grounds, posts, equipment, uniforms and knowledge of post orders, ACA and ICE National Detention Standards and current policies, procedures and regulations of all subordinate contract personnel.

  • Document findings of the inspections on approved forms and checklists by the end of the shift.

  • Correct discrepancies on-the-spot as appropriate.

  • Responsible for the effective and efficient control, operation and security of the detention facility.

Qualifications

  • US citizen or a person lawfully admitted into the United States for permanent residence and have resided in the U.S. for the last five years.

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Pass a criminal background and consumer credit check (no criminal record).

  • Obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE government clearance.

  • Pass all pre-employment and random drug tests.

  • Pass a medical examination and meet health requirements.

  • At least 21 years of age.

  • Possess a valid state driver's license.

  • The incumbent must be trustworthy.

  • The incumbent must have a minimum of one year of experience as a detention officer and two years of successful experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, commercial or industrial guard service, or security service supervisory position).

  • Ability to maintain poise and self-control during situations that involve mental stress, such as fires, explosions, disturbances and building evacuations.

  • Maintain a professional personal appearance and calm demeanor.

  • Maintain confidentiality.

Nature of Work
This position performs professional work to assist the Transportation Department in transportation planning, traffic engineering/operations and other related work. Minimum Requirements
