**POSITION REPORTS TO:** Warehouse Manager
**POSITION SUMMARY:** Shares in the overall responsibility for shipping and receiving merchandise, maintaining and organizing a manageable stock/offsite storage area, processing merchandise as "floor ready", generating maximum sales potential and minimizing shortages.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**
+ Accurately pull store orders to maximize sales volume
+ Receiving/shipping-processing hub, 3rd parties, transfers.
+ Demonstrate professional image and conduct.
+ Follow specific warehouse dress code policy.
+ Works as a member of a team to accomplish goals set forth in the warehouse.
+ Must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management.
+ Communicate concerns to management.
+ Support all company / management decisions.
+ Follow all company policies and procedures.
+ Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
+ Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, price change activities.

Job Overview
The Warehouse Associate Level I will be responsible for moving machines and inventory to required locations. Tasks include breaking down pallets received in and putting items away in the correct inventory locations, pulling items from inventory locations to build kits for the machine assembly floor or to pack and ship parts at the shipping desk and prepping machines to ship to customers. While performing these tasks a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Requirements- Observe and report all safety issues
- Pull and put away items to and from stock locations
- Forklift certification
- Work with forms such as packing and pick lists
- Stocking, kitting and replenishing
- Pack items for the shipping desk in a manner to prevent damage
- Understand the warehouse layout, inventory locations etc.
- Unload boxed items from machine pallets
- Help move small machines to and from locations
- Help to prepare machines for shipment
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous warehouse or relatable experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well within a dynamic team
