The Warehouse Associate will perform a variety of duties related to shipping, receiving, and general upkeep of the warehouse area. Other responsibilities include those listed below and any additional assignments made by the Warehouse Manager.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, including performing quality checks and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pack and ship orders, including preparing shipping labels and documentation.
- ACW is utilizing Shipday for all its logistical information. All employees who are organizing or delivering catering are required to use Shipday for all order logistics and deliveries to include delivery photo at point of delivery and the name of the recipient at point of delivery. Cell phones are made available for all company business related tasks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (if applicable).
- Perform inventory management, including cycle counts and stock audits.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.

Job Description
- Pick and pack orders of signs & sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers.

We Are Looking For
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for work orders, shipping orders and requisitions, receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE), while performing packaging, lot receiving and cycle count job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently for all Business Units.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications
- Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks
- Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory
- Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications
- Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company's network drive and applications
- Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
- Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program
- Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards
- Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory
- Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain quality service by following organization standards

- A high school diploma or GED preferred
- 1-2 years' experience
- US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Regular and predictable attendance required

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join its team. This full-time position will focus on warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading/unloading trucks, and some driving as well. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with an opportunity for overtime during the busy season.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Order picking/staging

- Shipping/receiving
- Staging orders for delivery and loading company vehicles in a warehouse/yard environment
- Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
- Delivering product to customers and branch locations
- An eye for safety including pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and strict adherence to DOT/CDL regulations.
- Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
- Other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic computer knowledge, including keyboard (typing), mouse, and Internet use
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred , but not required
- Acceptable driving record
- Forklift experience helpful
