**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Process and audit orders to meet customer specifications
+ Pick and pack products with care to ensure safe shipment
+ Ship orders promptly to designated customer locations
+ Inspect products for quality and accuracy
+ Sort and count parts with precision
+ Collect cardboard and operate the compactor
**Essential Skills:**
+ Proficiency in packing, picking, and shipping operations
+ Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift)
+ Comfortable lifting and moving items as needed
+ Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
+ Skills in receiving, inventory counting, and labeling
