Base compensation for this role is expected to be between $135,000.00 and $150,000.00. Actual pay may be higher or lower depending on a number of permissible factors under applicable law, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions
- Outreach & Recruitment: Conduct outreach to local high schools and establish strong relationships with school faculty to recruit new Club Members for the Teen Tech Center.

- Corporate Collaboration: Partner with local Best Buy Geek Squad Agents and Blue Shirt volunteers to support teens and facilitate their involvement.

As Head of Consumer Goods, Electronics & Retail, you will be the industry expert within our Revenue team. You will drive new business opportunities, build deep relationships with leading organizations in your sector, and ensure significant tons of carbon are brought under management in alignment with our mission.

End-to-end ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, with a focus onConsumer Goods, Electronics & Retail clients
Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for this sector, positioning our solution as the partner of choice
Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in global retail and consumer organizations
Your approach to sales is value-driven: you listen, understand challenges, and provide tailored solutions
Lead and hold presentations and demonstrations for potential clients. Use your experience to navigate the complexity of the Enterprise SaaS sales process efficiently and smoothly
Build your own strategy to contact and acquire prospective clients through a variety of mediums, from LinkedIn and other network platforms to phoning, emailing or meeting in person
Keep transparency on your sales pipeline staying on top of administrative tasks and updating our CRM system
Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and sustainability priorities to identify opportunities
Act as the internal industry ambassador, sharing insights and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to shape offerings
Your profile
Extensive SaaS sales experience with enterprise clients inConsumer Goods, Electronics, or Retail
Proven success applying a Land & Expand strategy in complex organizations
Strong network and industry knowledge enabling you to open doors and build credibility quickly
End-to-end experience in the sales process paired with excellent negotiation skills and strong business acumen
Demonstrated success working with stakeholders to generate revenue and sales pipeline
Ability to collect and analyse market and competitor data to influence and support our Partnership strategy
Clear understanding of the carbon emissions business and strong desire to play your part in guiding the industry towards achieving a net-zero mission. Experience working in the climate tech industry is a strong plus!

Responsibilities and DutiesElements Massage in Canton is looking for a Wellness Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they come in.
- Informing all visitors about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
- Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
- Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
- Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
- Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world
Skills:
- Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell Elements Wellness program and build customer loyalty.
- The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and perspective clients.
- The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients.
- Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
- Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
- Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
