What You'll Do:

    Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or disturbances.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, incidents, or hazards to the appropriate personnel and/or Allied Universal management.
  • Assist in emergency response activities and support healthcare staff and visitors as needed during incidents.
  • Maintain a professional presence while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff, providing information and assistance as required.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
