Under the direction of the IT Security Supervisor/Manager, the CyberSecurity Advisor Support Specialist will work on the CyberSecurity Advisor Service Desk and will be the first point of contact for advisors and internal customers regarding cybersecurity issues. This position specifically supports the Cetera Advisor Security Program. The CyberSecurity Advisor Support Specialist is responsible for first- and second-level advisor and internal support, including setting up, testing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and deploying a variety of cybersecurity applications, particularly Intune, Defender, and BitLocker. This role involves preparing daily security incident reports, entering tickets, updating CyberSecurity Advisor Service Desk tracking management software, and assisting internal and external customers through effective support, communication, software utilization, and technology.
Location:
This role will be a Hybrid work scheduled from one of our offices Dallas TX, San Diego, CA, El Segundo, CA Shamburg IL, , Dubuque, IA and ST. Cloud, MN.
What you will do:
- Providing technical support to advisors for various cybersecurity applications and functions within the Cetera Advisor Security Program
- Interacting with all appropriate departments within IT to restore service and/or identify security issues
- Documenting and maintaining CyberSecurity Advisor Service Desk-related processes and procedures
- Maintaining appropriate service level agreements (SLAs) on tickets in ServiceNow, our service request system
- Accurately classifying and documenting security requests and incidents
- Fielding incoming requests from end users via both telephone and email in a courteous manner
- Monitoring and addressing tickets coming through the self-service portal
- Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with external customers
- Identifying and learning appropriate cybersecurity software and hardware used by the organization, including Intune, Defender, and BitLocker
- Providing end-to-end user support by following up with the end user to confirm request closure
- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or cybersecurity and /or 3 years of equivalent working knowledge
- Three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity software and hardware support in a corporate environment
- Familiar with ITIL framework
- Beginning to intermediate knowledge of the administration, installation, and troubleshooting of cybersecurity tools and platforms, particularly Intune, Defender, and BitLocker
- Familiar with the administration and support of security information and event management (SIEM) systems
- Familiar with Active Directory administration, including the creation of domain and exchange accounts
- Excellent troubleshooting skills over the telephone
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to customer service
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Able to provide first-class customer service to both internal and external customers
- Able to effectively prioritize security incidents and service requests
- Able to work flexible hours based on business demands - off business hours, on-call support, and weekends as necessary

The salary range for this role is $64,000 -$111,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.

- In-depth understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly IdentityNow) features, modules, and configurations.

- Proficiency in Azure tools such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric in relation to harnessing disconnected data sources for ingesting data to IAM solutions.
- Proficient in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell, Python) for customization and automation.
- Knowledge of cloud identity solutions (e.g., Entra AD, AWS IAM) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) are highly desirable.
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $195,000 plus a competitive performance-based bonus. **About the role and what** **you'll** **be doing:**
As a **Security Services Manager** at Ensono, you will serve as the critical liaison between Ensono's Security team and our valued clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that Ensono's security services align with client expectations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to cybersecurity management.
+ Act as the liaison between the Ensono Security team and Ensono Client.
+ Establish and manage relationships with key Client stakeholders through regular meetings and other touch points.
+ Participate in Client meetings to validate the Ensono Security value proposition is being met.
+ Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of security profiles, policies, and procedures as pertinent to the Ensono managed infrastructure.
+ Identify Clients' cybersecurity related needs, budgets, existing projects, and future projects and share these insights with the Ensono team.
+ Establish relationships with procurement departments to ensure Ensono is considered for relevant buying cycles.
+ Introduce Ensono team members to relevant contacts, invite and host contacts at Ensono sponsored events or other events where Ensono is present.
+ Demonstrate interest in, and aptitude for, the business and technical issues encountered across the Ensono client base.
+ Review and advise on security related aspects on Client IT infrastructure hosted in the Security premises
+ Proactively review, analyze, and drive remediation in the environment against any new or potential security threats and vulnerabilities
+ Develop and maintain security profiles, policies, and procedures as pertinent to the Ensono hosted infrastructure
+ Recommend new technologies/processes in the Client environment to improve the security of infrastructure and applications based upon current trends and industry standards
+ React to any unauthorized intrusions and provide forensic analysis as needed
+ Customize Ensono technical security controls and configurations to reflect Client's customized requirements and needs
+ Review and approve technical security controls, other than those made by Ensono, prior to implementation
+ Work in conjunction with, but independently from, the technical and project management teams in evaluating all proposed changes to the hosted infrastructure
+ Serves as a point of contact for Ensono and Client's related security incidents
+ Works with Ensono managed service teams to compile and deliver environmental information as a result of related security breach to Client's Ensono hosted environment
+ Interface with Client's internal staff to support Client's IT security audit requests related to Ensono-managed infrastructure
+ Participates and leads monthly Security related meetings with Client in relation to the scope of security services requested
+ Reviews change requests for managed IT Security Platforms submitted for implementation
+ Validate changes are received from an authorized source
+ Validate change requests against the Client guidelines and the current implementation architecture
+ Reviews and Analyzes Firewall, IDS/IPS, DDOS, and Log Management (for LMS performance, not content) logs on an ongoing basis and provides weekly summary reports of critical security alerts and incidents

**Required Qualifications**
+ 8-10 Years' experience in security operations
+ Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
+ BS or MS degree in Computer Science or Security or Security Certifications
+ Experience troubleshooting and resolving application and network problems
+ Knowledge of database and operating system security
+ Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols
+ Familiarity with security-related technologies in all OSI stack (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance requirements specific to government agencies including IRS (Internal Revenue Service) SSA (Social Security Administration) and FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation)
+ Demonstrated ability to develop implement and manage cybersecurity programs that align with these networks and meet federal compliance standards
+ Knowledge of relevant regulations such as FISMA, FedRamp and other federal cybersecurity protocols
+ Experience conducting audits, assessments, and remediation activities to achieve and maintain compliance with IRS, SSA and FBI cybersecurity standards

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $112,000 to $163,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
