The FP&A Manager will direct all commercial Finance and management reporting activities across the business unit. The successful candidate will lead and drive the CSM commercial Finance Team responsible for generating key activities of budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow management all performed to the highest quality and service standards.
**Must live within 60 miles from Malvern, PA, USA.**
To be successful in this role you should have:
- 2-3 years experience in a FP&A role
- Fully-qualified chartered accountant (CIMA, ACA, CPA or equivalent) preferable
- Demonstrable experience in a similar position
- Prior experience of clinical supplies management preferable
- Business Partnering experience required
- Must be in the Malvern, PA area
Your role at Clinigen :
- Ensure financial control, drive consistency and robust financial planning for the CSM division owning the provision of Monthly management accounts and relevant KPIs for the business unit
- Manage the consolidation of global CSM results to generate clear and accurate monthly Business review packs , rolling forecasts and own the Annual budget and long range processes & timetable
- Take ownership of reviewing the Sales commission plans and payout calculation for the division to ensure a strong financial governance and review of commission payments made each quarter
- Provide financial input on specific Business or Investment projects, e.g. ERP, Regulatory changes, M&A, licensing deals, and divestments
- Support the sales leadership with financial review of new Business opportunities & RFI responses
- Take an active role in reviewing the existing systems and processes to ensure joined-up approach across the business unit and drive continuous improvements in business processes along with the integration of local EU and US processes to be aligned with the Global finance strategy

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and proactive Senior Service Delivery Associate to support daily mailroom logistics across multiple buildings. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound package handling, ensuring timely and accurate distribution, and maintaining efficient locker operations. Additionally, the supervisor acts as the second‑in‑command, stepping in as Manager when needed, overseeing the entire operation and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Operational Duties- Receive all incoming packages from FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other carriers, including office supply deliveries.
- Sort, log, and assign inbound packages to designated lockers across various buildings.
- Transport and distribute packages to assigned locker locations efficiently and safely.
- Collect outbound packages placed in lockers by clients and return them to the main office for processing and shipment.
- Maintain organized and secure mailroom and locker areas.
- Act as the second‑level manager, taking full managerial responsibility in the absence of the Mailroom Manager.
- Oversee daily mailroom operations, ensuring timely workflow and adherence to service standards.
- Address client and internal customer service inquiries and resolve package‑related issues.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and support staff in their daily tasks.
- Generate operational reports and track metrics related to package volume, delivery times, and service issues.
- Assist in developing and improving standard operating procedures and efficiency measures.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless delivery and pickup processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or operations management a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and transport packages (up to (insert weight limit)) regularly.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and package tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Supplier & Operations Collaboration: 
 Work closely with suppliers to optimise system and subassembly designs for quality, cost, and manufacturability, and support internal manufacturing teams during nursery cell builds and pilot production phases
- Knowledge Transfer & Continuous Improvement: 
 Develop training materials, deliver workshops, and ensure effective knowledge sharing to upskill Operations teams in DfX best practices and manufacturing readiness.
About you:
- You hold a degree in Mechanical, Electronics or Manufacturing Engineering, or have equivalent experience 
- You bring 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields 
- You’re experienced in DfM, DfA, DfS, and other design optimisation methodologies 
- You have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, assembly techniques, and service operations
