As a Veterinary Technician in our growing Cardiology department, you’ll work closely with our board-certified cardiologist to support patients with complex cardiac conditions. Requirements

What You'll Do

As a member of the Cardiology team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting diagnostics, patient care, and communication. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, and other diagnostics  
  • Provide technical support for cardiology procedures and outpatient care  
  • Position and capture digital radiographs  
  • Monitor, calculate, and administer medications accurately and safely  
  • Participate in treatment planning, team rounds, and patient flow coordination  
  • Support case follow-up, client communication, and documentation  
  • Collaborate closely with the cardiologist and technicians to ensure smooth, high-quality care  
Who We're Looking For:
  • Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT/CVT/RVT) or an experienced veterinary technician with cardiology knowledge  
  • Strong organizational and client communication skills  
  • Comfortable with advanced diagnostics, imaging, and anesthetic monitoring  
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn veterinary software systems

We're currently seeking Licensed Veterinary Technician Emergency Lead to join our exceptional emergency department. As the Emergency Lead Technician , you’ll play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations on the emergency floor while delivering high-level nursing care. This is a leadership position that blends hands-on clinical responsibilities with mentorship and team coordination.

  • up to $2,5000 sign on bonus, commensurate with experience and licensure

What You'll Do:


As the Emergency Lead Veterinary Technician , you’ll combine clinical excellence with compassionate leadership to keep our emergency service running smoothly. In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care , including triage, diagnostics, and treatments
  • Mentor and coach veterinary technicians and assistants to build confidence and skill
  • Coordinate daily staff assignments and manage workflow for optimal efficiency
  • Ensure completion of end-of-shift responsibilities before team members depart
  • Participate in onboarding and training of new team members to foster long-term success
  • Maintain accurate controlled substance logs and complete daily checks in EzyVet
  • Act as a liaison between the emergency team and hospital leadership to ensure alignment and support
  • Monitor and manage staffing needs , shift coverage, and scheduling adjustments
  • Uphold hospital protocols , safety standards, and infection control policies
  • Attend leadership meetings and contribute to hospital-wide process improvement initiatives
     

Who We're Looking For: 

  • CVT/LVT/RVT licensure in good standing
  • Strong technical skills and confidence working in emergency settings
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with EzyVet or similar hospital management systems
  • The ability to delegate, organize, and lead with professionalism
  • A commitment to patient advocacy, mentorship, and collaborative care

Requirements

What You'll Do:


As a member of the Internal Medicine team, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering advanced specialty care and supporting diagnostic procedures. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with ultrasounds, endoscopies, and other imaging procedures  
  • Provide technical support for internal medicine diagnostics and treatments  
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding their pet’s care  
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care  
  • Manage appointment coordination, patient flow, and follow-up communications  
  • Maintain accurate medical records and assist with timely referral documentation  
  • Cross-train and support the Cardiology department as needed  
Who We're Looking For:
  • Licensed or credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/LVT/RVT) , or an experienced Veterinary Assistant  
  • Prior experience or interest in Internal Medicine or specialty care  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • A team-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment  
  • Familiarity with ultrasound and endoscopy procedures is a plus  
  • Comfortable using veterinary software systems
