+ Schedules customer appointments and communicates clear and realistic expectations.
+ Recommends products to enhance the customer's cycling experience.
+ Possesses advanced knowledge of bike repair practices and procedures.
+ Ensure service paperwork is completed legibly, accurately, and filed accordingly
+ Other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements:**
+ 2-3 years bike mechanic experience
+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time, operate hand and power tools, lift and carry bikes and parts, and other equipment
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
+ High School diploma or GED Equivalent
The expected pay range is 21.50/hr- 23.98/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
