Corpay is currently looking to hire a Cobol Developer within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and will be based out of our office in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining critical financial applications. You will report directly to theSenior Software Engineering Manager and collaborate regularly with engineering teams, product management, and other stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Work independently on all tasks
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications or configurations of corporate application systems and services
• Analyze and design application systems, including development, modification, and translation of user requirements
• Plan, investigate, and propose systems and application solutions
• Prepare workflows for writing, testing, and maintaining programs
• Communicate effectively with product management, project management, and other stakeholders in preparation of application design specifications
• Encode, test, debug, and install operating programs and procedures in coordination with Operations and Infrastructure departments
• Correct, test, and document changes to existing programs
• Conduct training and presentations for users and other stakeholders
• Support existing applications
• Lead small development teams on complex application development efforts

Qualifications and Skills:

Must have:

• Bachelors Degree or Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent
